Okay so here's the thing... I love looking at properties online lol

This week I thought it would be fun to compare some properties in London vs Toronto! Plus two somewhat similar towns in Kent vs Ontario.

Let me know your thoughts on house hunting, especially if you've ever lived in Toronto or London!!

Hope you have a great weekend 🙏🏻

This is cool! My mum and sister always used to look at houses in different places, they’d look at ones in Ireland but also ones that cost like $100 million in LA lol, I have to start looking for a house to rent next year in the next few weeks which is stressful lol, thank you for the video!

Take the lenses out of your specs. No glare, problem solved! Also it’ll save you passing out, because the prices will be all blurred!

Should have done a search up in Burnley! You could have practically bought a whole street for a tenner!

Let's all chip in, lol still don't think we could afford it. Never done a house lookup online. Would be a great way to see what others do and get ideas.

Can't resist looking at the houses displayed in Estate Agents/Auctioneers windows when passing them but few display the price now just say price on enquiry or to be sold by auction or sealed bid by a date. Reserve or bid over €xxxx or on application. People tend to have an idea of prices for the area starting around €350 000 for a 3 bed terraced (often Georgian or Regency) or semi detached house (a doer upper) Detached from about 400 000 here in W. Cork up to one or two million. Can be just a photo of a plot of land saying outline planning for a 3 or 4/5 bed house/bungalow and outbuildings approx 1.5 acres at €xxxx per acre. Has/Has not access to Gas Electricity Sewage Water/borehole or planning for septic tank. Can often be a plot with a derelict cottage on it.

I do this too!!Each time I learn of a new city in the UK, I check out rightmve or zoopla just to see what places are like and if the hospital has any lab jobs. Wow!! That loft flat looks like something out of The Sims🤣

I love doing this too! Perhaps house hunting videos could do well on YouTube too?

That second one you looked at, valued at £2m odd, reminded me of walking into a H&M XD
