Glad you had a great Birthday. There's a trick o a great cup of green tea let someone else drink the first infusion of the leaves. the third or forth has the best flavour and the least caffeine. Taught to me by our local Chinese restaurant owner Mr. Ho. He has a gorgeous Irish wife. and 3 gorgeous daughters who now run the businesses. The UK regularly put the French in their place with cheeses. As Corporal Jones would say "They don't like it up 'em". Cheese and English wine is not helping Anglo French relations. They are not good losers. They have never gotten over the fact that we invented the second fermentation in the bottle for Champagne production they couldn't make a glass bottle strong enough to take the pressure.

Happy Birthday Alanna! I hope your 30th is a Celebration Extravaganza...🎁🥳 I greatly enjoyed your YouTube Top 10 episode. Queen is simply awesome! My number #1 is Sgt. Pepper, but Abby Road and Revolver are also timeless. I would have to add The Who's Rock Opera Tommy to my list...🎸🇬🇧

Happy 30!! Those tea selections from the Butler are excellent. Love a Genmaicha or Jasmine tea. Yummy chocolate and that fudge is so pretty Gem!! Love the mug too from Ashers!! All our daffs are still burried in the ground under the snow. Cheese and cider pairing!! That's the dream!!! What a super lvoely gift and a way to support local farmers.

I'm British and I love peanut butter! The smooth variety, preferably, though I've never thought about how it would taste with chocolate...? I made a happy experiment once and discovered that peanut butter sandwiches on wholemeal bread taste divine with sliced beetroot on top of them!! What a beautiful combination! My family pull a face when I tell them about it, but "Don't knock it till you've tried it" is my motto! Happy Milestone Birthday, Alanna!!

Happy birthday, Alanna! I really liked the choice of gifts that you received from everyone. The cheese and cider pairings gift was a great idea!

Not a fan of American chocolate generally but Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are top drawer, I love them. Glad you had a nice birthday, the cheese looked amazing!
