I think I missed seeing any police, but the colorful lighted vehicles look interesting. It looks like you're driving through an after dark "light parade" like they have at Disney parks. What are those lighted vehicles? Where were you that they have these? And is that an everyday occurrence or a special event? .... It appears to be a tourist area, but beyond that i cant tell what's going on

This is in puteri Harbour!! they have these little cars you can rent out across the huge pedestrian way. best thing after a few beers. i bet you'd love it!
