There might be extra scenes in the directors cut I’m not 100% sure but you guys definitely aren’t gonna miss out on anything! This show is gonna be a wild ride I hope y’all enjoy 😂

Director's cut just has an end of credit scene at the end of season 1. It was added in when season 2 was said to be released. So happy that we are getting Re Zero and Fairy Tail. I voted for Re Zero months ago, so I am glad we get it now.

I don't know if someone will do a better explaination or has already done it in the past. Long story short - there are 2 genres for being in another world (some titles use either one due to the fact that the person is in Another World). This is also, just my understanding of the difference between the two. Isekai - Transported to Another World Tensei - Reborn into Another World

0:23 IT DID air with this directors cut!, they got a 2 slot premier on tv (2 time slots) for their debut episode - you will notice, they rly care about this show and they tried to make the pacing nice, which is why they insistent on this long 1st EP - sometimes they will skip OP/ED just to have more time for the episodes! :3 this is something i rly respected even when it first aired! not many anime do that, especially seeing the ones with a gazillion years recap, and preview and flashbacks etc 1:17 fun fact, there was a very popular anime/franchise millenials grew up with, which is also isekai: Digimon xd 2:49 no truck-kun for you! 4:03 ISEKAI lit. means "another world" - the gimmick does not matter, ppl get a lot of things confused: Transportation: ISEKAI specifically with physical body (eg InuYasha) Transmigration: CAN be iskeai, does not have to be (either via summon of soul or body) Reincarnation: CAN be, does not have to be, meaning they get a whole new body from ground up (eg Slime), not into someone elses body aka transmigration (eg villainess) Regression: is NOT reincarnation and is NOT iskeai, it just means u go back in time of ur actual life (ReZero has both "Isekai as in transmigration, as well as regression) Time-Travel: NOT ISEKAI World Hopping: ISEKAI 4:47 thats a NEET/or Hikikomori otaku ! we know our stuff! (in the early days, a lot of isekai have been crisized of the MC being fking stupid... like "omg what is that?!!!" and they look at a fking dragon and they act as if they didnt have the concept of a fking dragon in OUR WORLD like c_c 5:22 in japanese Apple == Ringo, but here they are called "Ringa", thus it was translated to Appa 6:44 im also prepared!!! im just waiting for golden truck-kun! (if the thigns that kill u are golden, it means they have successfully isekaid and leveled up to become golden! i only take trusted deals!) 8:27 you wont find it funny for long xd 11:48 Puck is my 5th fav re:zero character! 14:40 PURPLE SUPREMACY °^° 15:24 Puck is a spirit after all x: 19:48 kinda funny how u dont know yet what "level" this isekai is xd its not that basic x: 21:08 it was not a vision, it was just teasing upcoming stuff, splicing it in with the mundane stuff in the beginning - a bit like when the episodes start in the middle of the battle, and then they rewind and start from where the adventure started) 32:46 this is "Regressing" not reincarnated, in gaming terms, this is loading a save file, not starting a newly bought game 51:21 i love it when anime do that, when the start playing the ED song while scenes are still playing.. it makes me "bond" with the ED more.. and its such a pretty ending! x3
