Regarding the images of Subaru and Rem with kids. Every year the author of Re Zero releases What if stories of different paths that could have happened with the Subaru. Basically, imagine a timeline where he does things differently. Those pictures of them with kids is a what if story if Subaru left with Rem instead of trying to save Emilia from betelguise. It is called Sloth IF story. Gluttony ate her memories and memories and those images disappearing or route alongside it.
