The Director of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement was afforded one of the better offices within the British Ministry of Magic, large with a spacious sitting area and tea station, along with their own floo for personal use. Then there was the Director’s desk, masterfully crafted and made of dark walnut wood, befitting their powerful position within wizarding society.

And then there were the views afforded to the office’s occupants, as a long row of glass windows that looked down from high up over the Ministry atrium. Even now, hundreds of wizards could be seen scurrying below, exiting the floos, sitting by the fountain, or standing in line to use the crowded lifts.

But it wasn’t the spectacular view that got Harry’s attention in that moment. Instead it was the two soft mountains of flesh that overflowed both of his palms. The biggest and most spectacular pair of tits he had ever seen, huge and perky, with soft red nipples capping each of them.

Amelia was on her back as she laid on her desk, red hair loose and spread out like a halo behind her. The buttons of her outfit undone, huge breasts exposed to the open air, and ready for him to worship.

“I-Is this really necessary?”

He struggled to look away from the spectacular pair of breasts, his eyes wandering up the valley between them and to the beautiful woman looking down at him. A hot blush marred the face of the beautiful DMLE Director, making her that much more beautiful in his opinion.

“Would you prefer we take things further instead?” He shifted his crotch, allowing his bulge to press against her thigh suggestively. After all, it was hard to restrain himself with such a gorgeous woman being ripe for the taking.

Her eyes widened. “I-In here?”

He nodded. “I could fuck you right here in your office. Right against this very desk.”

“I-It’s not proper…” She bit her lip, eyes going to the door. “If someone sees…”

“They won’t.” He loomed over her, his mouth moving up to suck on her right tit as Amelia gasped right before he gently pulled away. “But as much as I’d like to… We have other commitments.”

Her eyes narrowed, but there was no real heat in her gaze. “You are evil, Harry Potter.”

A laugh left his mouth as he backed away, allowing the redhead to sit up and fix her outfit and appearance. He hadn’t been overly rough in ravaging her, as the woman merely redid her buttons and straightened her robes with a charm. Today was an important day after all, and the Director of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement could hardly be walking around looking like a freshly-fucked mess.

The first meeting of the Wizengamot was about to occur. And more importantly, Harry’s allies were about to entrench themselves into the mess that was British politics. In a way, it would also be his personal foray into the political arena that was attended by his forefathers before him.

He soon slipped away from Amelia’s office, being careful to only be seen by a few as he headed towards the lifts and descended down into the depths of the Ministry to the Wizengamot’s council hall. And Harry was hardly alone in doing so, as the entire place was almost overflowing with witches and wizards. Luckily, enough aurors were around to keep the peace, as well as to make sure he wasn’t mobbed by reporters on the way.

It was only after he got past the general public and into an exclusive hall for important Wizengamot attendees that he could breathe a sigh of relief. Himself, Narcissa, Julia, and Amelia had all taken care to separate themselves for their arrival, as to not give away any of their moves.

Political maneuvering required discretion, and if someone like Dumbledore or one of Voldemort’s supporters saw them together, they might get a hint for what they had planned for that day.

He pushed those thoughts away as he looked around, seeing that the antechamber to the Wizengamot’s main hall was crowded with witches and wizards of all ages. Claimants and foreign Lords looking to petition the British Ministry, along with people just like him about to take over their family’s Lordship. Strangely, his roommate Neville was also there, and Harry made his way over to speak to him.

“Neville.” The boy jumped at the call of his name.

“H-Harry?!” His roommate squeaked in surprise.

“What are you doing here?”

“Same reason as you, I guess.” Neville gestured at their similar black robes with a slight chuckle. “We’re both to be the Lords of our respective Houses, but are too young to attend the council. The new year of our fifth year of Hogwarts is when we present ourselves, and then after our seventh year we’ll attend regularly. Together, I guess.”

Harry nodded, but that was when the door to the grand chamber opened, and the call was made for them to enter. Heirs such as themselves came first, then would be new members to join the Wizengamot such as Order of Merlin recipients, and finally claimants.

A line of wizards and witches formed and walked into the chamber, with himself walking behind Neville. Slowly, the group began introducing themselves one by one, until they reached Susan Bones. The redhead was the same age as them, and declared her aunt, Amelia, to sit as her representative. Susan was Amelia’s heir after all, and the same went for Neville and his own Grandmother, Augustus Longbottom.

Harry didn’t recognize many of those who presented themselves, as it was only Theodore Nott from Slytherin that he could name other than Susan or Neville. The boy had stepped forward and declared his granduncle, Cantankerus Nott, as his representative. Just a look up at the man in question made Harry want to wretch, seeing his old and disgusting visage.

“I-I am Neville of House Longbottom, son and heir of F-Frank and Alice Longbottom.” He looked over to see Neville’s turn had finally come, the nervous boy standing ramrod straight as he spoke.

Several members of the Dark Faction sneered or snorted in dismissal, as Neville undertook the necessary oaths before walking off to join the gallery to the side. He saw that Neville’s Grandmother looked extraordinarily proud, and even Dumbledore looked pleased.

But that changed when Harry stepped forward then, as the chamber quieted. Those in attendance almost seemed to lean forward in interest at the sight of him, his steps weighing heavily under an unseen burden.

The Minister’s seat sat empty, and it wasn’t until that moment he realized that Dumbledore was the one presiding. Shock was plastered all over the Headmaster’s face, as if he never had anticipated that Harry would show his face here.

“I am Harry of House Potter, son of James and Lily Potter.” It was like magic was pulling those words from him. “I am Last of my Line, Lord of my Line, Boy-Who-Lived, and future member of this Council of Wizards. I have come to take up my seat, and restore glory to the Potter name.”

“There is no need for you to be here, Harry.” Dumbledore interrupted him.

He blinked fell silent due to the incredulity of the statement, as did the rest of the chamber. A look up showed Dumbledore staring at him expectantly, as if he were a child who did something bad.

“Have you gone mad, Dumbledore, interrupting the boy?!” It was Neville’s gran who yelled then, the old woman looking downright livid. Other members weren’t much different, especially those in the older crowd who took tradition seriously. “These are sacred proceedings, and won’t be troubled by your meddling! Let the Potter heir continue!”

Dumbledore blanched. “I only meant-”

“Truly, our Chief Warlock seems to have lost his wits.” Lord Nott sneered, but his greedy grin made the man look far from displeased by the Headmaster’s blunder.

Not even a few minutes into the first Wizengamot proceedings of the new year, and already Dumbledore had made a scene. Cameras of the reporters flashed as those in attendance murmured at the severe breach in decorum.

“Sit down, Albus Dumbledore.” Amelia commanded, looking at Dumbledore narrowly and furiously.

Dumbledore’s mouth opened, but no words came out, as he soon sighed and turned back to Harry. “Who does Mr. Potter wish to be his representative?”

His gaze left Dumbledore, and found his redhead lover several rows away. “House Potter elects Amelia Bones to vote as their representative, until I am to come of age to attend this council.”

Dumbledore looked as if those words physically pained him, while several Lords grumbled. His decision was not unexpected, as his and Amelia’s relationship was public, and it wouldn’t be surprising that he would make her his representative on the Wizengamot. The second likeliest choice after her would be Lord Greengrass after all, due to his and Daphne’s betrothal.

The Chief Warlock belatedly nodded. “The council recognizes Madam Bones’ authority as the representative of House Potter for the time being.”

Harry moved off to the gallery nearby at that, finding a seat next to Neville among the grouping of reporters and courtiers. Several other heirs came forth, with some actually taking over inactive seats that their families had left vacant for some time.

While some magicals were scared into hiding by Voldemort’s reappearance, it seemed that others had become emboldened and chose this time to become active in politics once again.

This is good. Some of his inner circle had feared that the public would be too scared to stand up to Voldemort, to go out in public and support him at the Ministry today. But it seemed the exact opposite had taken place, as the Ministry seemed more crowded than ever.

A bang of the gavel, or rather - the sound effect created by Dumbledore’s wand - signaled the end of that part and on to the next. Now would be the time for new members to be added, along with awards-

“Lord Greengrass, step forth!” Harry stiffened as Daphne’s father made his way to the front. Cyrus Greengrass only had one arm to use, and his injured appearance caused quite a few whispers to break out among the audience.

An old man spoke then, sitting not far away from Dumbledore, who Harry assumed was Tiberius Ogden. “Lord Greengrass, due to your actions in fending off You-Know-Who at the annual Greengrass Ball, this body has elected to award you the Order of Merlin, Second Class, for your valor.”

A shiny medal was brought forth, gold and obviously expensive. Some members of the crowd cheered, while many seemed angry by this turn of events. Surprisingly, Neville was among the latter.

Neville hissed in outrage at his side. “Second class?! The man deserves better than that! He should get a whole ceremony for his actions!”

He didn’t expect Neville to get so angry, but Harry didn’t overly mind. He knew the type of man that Daphne’s father was, as Cyrus could care less about rewards and things of that nature, even if most assumed otherwise.

Perhaps it was arrogant of him, but it didn’t escape Harry’s notice that no award was prepared for himself. Probably Dumbledore’s doing.

“What man would I be if I didn’t defend my home?” Cyrus asked rhetorically, taking the medal and holding it loosely as if it were a muggle trinket. “If anything, I should be apologizing to those who attended my Yule celebration, that such filth was allowed to sneak in and ruin my party in the first place.”

The Dark Faction looked particularly murderous at that, but the man had already walked off.

Dumbledore cleared his throat. “Next, we shall move on to claimants.”

On queue, the doors to the chamber opened once more as wizards and witches poured in. Harry stiffened, knowing that the time had finally come for his faction to make their move. Three familiar witches were among those in line, hoping to join the ‘esteemed’ body that governed the British Ministry.

Among those present, the first of his lovers to come forth was Cho’s Mother, Ko, who wore an expensive Chinese dress under the regular black Wizengamot robes. She bowed elegantly before the council before she spoke, “I am Ko of the Great House of Chang, one of the few descendants that once fell under the now-defunct Chinese Ministry of Magic. My House is an old one, having been formed long ago during Qin’s war of Unification, and raised to nobility under our service to the Great General Wang Jian. Our House holds great magical knowledge, relics, and records from the past, and has come to present itself to this body in hopes of joining the British Council.”

Mutters broke out at that, as Lords whispered to one another. It had genuinely surprised Harry to first learn that Cho’s family was not a member of the Wizengamot, only to find out that it was due to Britain’s rather exclusive attitude in allowing foreigners on its governing body. To put it simply, House Chang was not from England, with the most recent Houses made of foreigners to join the Wizengamot being House Lestrange and House Malfoy. Not a great precedent.

Of all people, it was Daphne’s father who stood up first to support her. “House Greengrass endorses House Chang for Noble status!”

More mutters broke out as one member of the Dark Faction stood in anger. “The Changs are nothing more than up-jumped merchants! Refugees that have no right to join this body!”

Yells and shouts of anger and approval met those words, but it all died down when Amelia Bones stood. “House Bones and House Potter also endorse House Chang.”

Dumbledore seemed to have gained a permanent grimace on his face at that moment. Ko had enough influence to get votes through her business partners, and combined with Amelia’s own faction, the woman soon got enough votes and gained her own seat. Notably, Ko made her way over to sit right next to Amelia, something that didn’t escape everyone’s notice.

More claimants came, with the overwhelming majority being rejected, until it was Julia who walked to the front, that same enticing smirk resting on her face. Despite being rather boring, those black formal robes did little to hide her curvy figure. At his side, Neville shifted in place as his cheeks reddened at the sight of her.

“I am Julia of the House of Zabini, former sitting member of the Spanish Ministry of Magic’s council. I come today in hopes of joining the British Magical Council.”

There was a lot of grumbling then, especially at Julia’s bold request. The woman had apparently tried to join the Wizengamot before, and had narrowly failed to do so. But that had been almost a decade ago, when one of her widowed husbands had a distant claim to nobility in England that she tried to take advantage of.

“House Greengrass endorses House Zabini’s ascension!” Cyrus called out.

Dumbeldore’s eyes were narrowed with suspicion, as it seemed that people were staring to catch on to what was happening. Before, House Chang’s only relation to Harry was that they held the Ball where Narcissa announced her Ministerial run. Of course, his consort contract with the Chang family was kept secret, but it was obvious now that they were openly supporting him by joining Amelia’s faction.

And now there was House Zabini, also endorsed by Harry’s strongest supporters, who would soon join the Wizengamot to vote in his favor, just like House Chang. Julia was his mistress after all, as the public knew they were already involved.

“Like hell we’ll let you!” It was Alastor Moody who yelled, pointing an accusing finger at Julia. “We might be desperate, but we’re not going to denigrate ourselves to sitting alongside filth like you!”

Harry grit his teeth in anger, while Dumbledore tried to get Moody to quiet. “Alastor!”

“No! Don’t you see what they’re doing, Albus!” Moody’s finger swiveled to point directly at Amelia and her allies. “They’re bringing in new members to pack their ranks! Opposed to the Dark Lord they might be, but I’m not going to side and fight with blood-supremacists and murderers!”

Roars of anger drowned out the chamber as nearly everyone was on their feet in outrage. Accusing fingers were pointed and wands were nearly drawn, as Dumbledore tried multiple times to make noises with his wand to make everyone quiet down. Eventually, the old man gave up, waiting with a tired look until the madness died down.

In the end, no one could stop House Zabini’s ascension to Lordship, as Julia simply had too much blackmail on some Lords to gain their vote, along with the open support of Lord Greengrass and Madam Bones. She soon joined ranks with the others, standing at the edge of the group with a satisfied smirk.

Already, what was supposed to have been an average meeting for the Wizengamot had turned into a political fiasco that would have ramifications worldwide. The reporters in the gallery had been practically salivating at each debacle, as the front pages of tomorrow’s paper would be filled with political throw downs.

But the end had yet to come, as the next woman that stepped forth was one who had dominated the front pages of magazines and newspapers for weeks. While not overly surprising to see someone of such status at the Ministry, the fact she had appeared when this meeting had gone so off the rails was certainly unexpected.

“Narcissa of House Black steps forth to claim Lordship of House Malfoy. She does this through her former husband, Lucius Malfoy.” The blonde started off respectfully, every part the widowed wife taking up the role as the new manager of her dead husband’s estate.

The chamber was quiet and somber, as many leaned forward in interest. Poor Dumbledore stared down at the beautiful blonde while looking every bit his age. But that was when something unexpected happened.

“NO!”

The sudden shout had everyone turning, as a rough looking Draco Malfoy stormed into the room. Two aurors were following behind him, as clearly he had rushed past them to get inside without permission.

Draco looked as if he had been living in a gutter, hair unruly and unwashed, with dark circles around his bloodshot eyes. Even his formerly immaculate acromantula silk robes were a mess, torn at the edges and stained with filth.

“My Mother has no claim over my Father’s seat!” Draco spat, as the aurors finally reached him and began physically restraining him. “I refuse to let it happen!”

“Aurors, please escort Mr. Malfoy from the chamber!” Amelia called out calmly.

“Hold! I believe some would like to hear what young Mr. Malfoy has to say.” Dumbledore spoke, making those present - including Harry - look at the man oddly.

“This is unnecessary, Dumbledore.” Neville’s gran spoke, glaring at Draco as if he were filth. “The boy clearly is up to no good. As much as I despise the woman, he has no right to interrupt Lady Malfoy’s claiming.”

“Thank you, Madam Longbottom.” Narcissa nodded in appreciation.

“I believe, that some wish to hear what young Draco has to say.” Harry ground his teeth as Dumbledore used that fake, innocent tone.

“Get off me!” Draco shoved the aurors who had grabbed him away, making most in the room scowl in distaste. “My Mother cannot be Head of House Malfoy! For it was her who murdered its Lord!”

Odd faces of confusion appeared all around, and even Harry was wondering what he was talking about. “What?”

“My father was murdered by Potter!” Draco glared at Harry. “And it was Narcissa Malfoy who put him up to it! Don’t you see it, she’s the one who made my father dead!”

“Aurors, escort Mr. Malfoy out of the courtroom!” Amelia looked livid, glaring at Draco before shooting a furious look at Dumbledore for allowing this.

“They both killed him!” Draco yelled as he was dragged out. “Potter’s got her under his spell!”

Curse you, Dumbledore. Harry grit his teeth, trying not to show any emotion as Malfoy was finally taken away. Already, Lords and Ladies were whispering to one another as the reporters in the gallery wrote eagerly with their quills.

Even if most didn’t believe it, Malfoy had just dealt a blow to Narcissa’s reputation with such accusations. He had truly made a nuisance of himself, breaking his word to Harry that something like this wouldn’t happen.

A glance to the center of the room showed Narcissa was composed, but he could tell she was saddened by such an event. She might have given herself to him and left Draco behind, but that didn’t mean the boy couldn’t hurt her feelings.

It was then that Harry decided to slip away, leaving the hall unnoticed through a back entrance to take care of a certain problem.

/////

His steps echoed out through the Ministry’s atrium as he approached the exit to the floo network, the perpetual scowl on his face morphing to a bitter smirk.

He had done exactly as the Dark Lord had asked of him, sullying the chances of his mother becoming Minister while also hurting Potter politically. Those mudbloods and blood-traitors might be singing Potter’s praises after he saved them at the Greengrass ball, but they wouldn’t after this. Draco’s nemesis wasn’t the virtuous saint that everyone thought, something he had learned by seeing Potter seduce his Mother.

Narcissa Malfoy was dead to him, nothing more than a whore for Potter’s cock. And now everyone knew, and Draco wouldn’t have to suffer the indignity of her becoming Minister while also being Potter’s secret whore. Why the woman had sold herself out to Potter, Draco would never know, but he wouldn’t let her betray himself and the Malfoy name while remaining unscathed.

His hand grabbed a speck of floo powder as he stepped forth into one of the Ministry’s fireplaces, only for someone to suddenly grab him from behind. He felt his body twist in apparition, jerked away from the dark halls of the Ministry and to somewhere unknown.

It was then that Draco Malfoy found himself tied to a wooden chain in a grass field. Wind blew against him as he looked from his spot over the cliffs in front and towards the endless, open ocean.

“You know, I should probably thank you, Draco.”

His head jerked to the side to see his enemy. The man he had come to hate.

“Potter!” He spat in black rage, struggling fruitlessly against his binds.

Potter’s lips quirked upwards, calm as could be. “You’ve really done it this time, Draco, disappointing your Mother like that. Maybe now, Narcissa will let me put a baby in her to make up for your failings.”

“Bastard!” He tried to reach for his wand, finding nothing.

“Do you know I go to bed with my cock buried in her every night.” Potter continued taunting him. “I even fuck one of my mistresses while your mother worships my balls underneath. Then she cleans me off when I’m done, before I wake up the next day while she sucks me off.”

“I’ll kill you! I’ll fucking kill you, you son of a mudblood whore!” Draco roared, his vision blurring red from sheer anger.

Suddenly, Potter was upon him, his crotch colliding against Draco’s face as the tubular bulge of his enemy slammed against him. He nearly fell unconscious from the blow, all while wondering how his enemy could be so endowed, and how Narcissa Malfoy could even take something so huge.

As soon as those thoughts came, they vanished, as Potter slammed Draco against the ground, making him cry out in pain.

“What do we have here?”

The words from Potter made him freeze, as his attention drifted to his side. Draco’s sleeve had slipped in the scuffle, exposing the dark tattoo on his forearm. It was the Dark Mark, given to him personally by the Dark Lord after he slaughtered a home full of muggles.

Potter only stared at it in interest, before shaking his head sadly. “To think you would fall so low... Doesn’t matter, I suppose, as it just reinforces my decision to give your Mother a new heir.”

“Fuck… You…” He gasped for breath.

“Goodbye, Draco.” Potter’s wand was trained on him, before a red light shot out and carved him across from spine to heart.
