It really works out huh? I also realized that every time I bring in a new character, they're related to a pre-existing one in some way. Izzy and Dax Vera, Rory and Dynamite Markus, Alabaster and Nightshade

Yup! That's why I mentioned it. A pitfall I've seen people fall into is making new characters and forgetting the old ones because their characters are so scattered and disconnected, but you make an effort to integrate newcomers into existing dynamics. The only time you ever introduce a character that is completely separate, you end up still creating other characters around them and utilize them pretty quickly/effectively (Dazzler)

Yeah, I try my best to interweve the characters together. Like how Puz and Di are involved with the interactions with Markus and Izzy, or how I tease things like Olivia meeting the reindeer cast.
