I see one of two scenarios playing out - either the boss noticed something else and leaves, allowing the shenanigans to continue, or he finds Dazzler out and agrees not to fire her in exchange for a fuck, and we find out that Dazzler hasn't been the only doe to get caught in the boy's dorm over the years (kind of a given given what we've seen of the resort so far).
