She ditched the tie dyes, to dye herself and tie up others!

Firemane

That's a lot of dye

Foab30

Her alter ego: Day!

SketchyBug

Yesssir! I was hoping to see more stuff like this. Funny thing is I was thinking of asking a similar question for Dynamite once asks opened again. Hopefully we'll get something like this for the other gals too, provided they aren't spoilery ofc

2026-09-05 09:00 Holy crap, that’s Nightshade before she became the sexy goth girl we know her as today!? My gosh she was super cute! 😍

Whoa, fullbody fur dye! That's a nice concept. Usually when I see any furry character I just assume "yeah, that's their natural fur color" because, since it's fiction, it can be whatever you want. So this is a nice surprise of a trope lol

Xaq

I love her current look, but I gotta say, her natural coloration's pretty cute too. ...That said, at first glance I thought that was Abigail. Whoops! ^_^;;

Reiver Horse

Added Respect for the Siouxsie and The Banshees poster

Garry Stahl

And you know Diamond is posting that in the Safari Club dressing room

Angel Eyes

THAT was Nightshade?? She looks like a completely different person 😳

Jet Stream

And she never looked back~

Julian Fratzscher

Is that like permanent dye, or does she have to redo that once in a while?

Silvador

Wait, wait, wait. Hold up. Hold up. HOLD UP! NIGHTSHADE DYES HER FUR?! I... I thought she was an Anubian Jackal. My whole life is a lie. I don't know what to do with this information. I... I need to process this...

Silvador

This is actually the second character I know of, that dyes their fur. Chalo's Taffy dyes her fur pink. ;3 Actually, no, wait... if memory serves, I -think- one of Jay Naylor's older characters also dyed her fur. Don't quote me on that, though.

No1isHere

Certified Hood Classic right here

Fen Longpaw

Honestly, as much as I like her contemporary design, I'm more drawn to her like this.

Fen Longpaw

I think it's because of the slightly more varied pallet drawing the eyes across her more, so it's generally more stimulating…

Fen Longpaw

… or I could be completely talking out my ass.

Fen Longpaw

Either way, I really like this piece

Henry phillips

I wonder how many guys wanted to talk to you

Kadath

Even better: she was kind of dorky!

Kadath

I know a giraffe character in Carpe Diem dyed his spots out so he had solid colours (it was confusing lol)

Kadath

HA! I could see that - similar fur colour and patterns!

Kadath

Probably several times a year

Kadath

Yeah! This is actually the third Ask page to talk about this :>

Kadath

I like to imagine that she was kind of a dweeb and ignored (or even made fun of for being a jackal) and so she was a loner, and that lead to her becoming goth

Silvador

Seriously?! I don't remember this. >.>

Stoker

I *always* forget her fur is dyed

Baltarus

She became the void and suddenly everyone wanted to stare at her...and fap

Kadath

I think that's her hope too XD

Cobalt Phoenix 81

I just love how this is like "one day, Nadia noticed her big boobs, and then became a big tittied goth girl the next day".

Everfree Brumby

If you’re going to be Goth then the key word is ‘die’.

James P

I wanna see more of her like this

Kadath

LOL I know right? You can see the gears turning in her head as she goes through the thought process: 'Wait, I've got big titties' 'And I like goth music' 'And I'm a girl' 'OMG I'M A BTGG!'

KaiserDunk

Without her fur dye, it’s hard to see her as an Anubis jackal.

Rayvond1X

Whoa!? She looks awesome and badass.

Maplesoftfox

Funnily enough, I think I like her old look more.
