Bubba Fett

I think some of the criticism is people try to compare the three series as if they are creative efforts and while to a certain degree they are but at their core, they are three distinct events with three distinct themes. Bortherhood for BoB, misery in the Pacific and in this case just accepting the inevitable. Shows why they had the tour of duty option. If by some small miracle you survived 25, you've done enough. For almost two years they were the only ones fighting in Europe. Being the first through the breach so to speak they were cannon fodder, tossed at the third Reich to wear it down until an invasion was possible. I thought the whole handling of Buck was a soectacular story choice. Off screen mission, just doesn't return, no way to know what happens the genuine joy when bucky reunites with him.
