Yes, Diogo the water thief is also the same guy who was rock hopping with his uncle who put him out the airlock and then attacked the Mars ship.

Is it just me, or are these nearly impossible to sync with the show on Prime? You seem to have a recap, and it’s hard to know when it starts for real, and then your intro is different i think.

Yes this one was especially egregious. On Amazon it starts with the UN scene, then eventually credits, then the rest of the episode. On Mary's copy it starts with 'previously on', then the opening credits, then the rest of the episode. I had to re-sync a few times.

I am so glad you are loving this show as it just gets better and better! this is a great episode to show you what realistic close quarter battles might look like in the near future in space as well as how gravity (or lack thereof!) would impact those in the battle. I am also having trouble syncing up but I just wait on a scene with a large object (like a planet!) and sync that way. Small price to pay...

Can I help by starting a timer at a different moment? Or show a few seconds of the first scene after the intro?

Usually, it's just the recap of the last episode that ISN'T on the Prime episode (I wish it was, I love recaps)... and I can kinda tell when the episode starts and sync it. Probably already all recorded, but any signal when the episode ACTUALLY starts would help! The problem with this particular episode, I don't even know... I had it synced twice, and then it just wasn't. I think Chad figured out the order. hahaha

As far as I can remember there are only 2 episodes that are really problematic due to edits shifting scenes around (beyond the Syfy intro) compared between the original run you are watching and the Amazon re-cut. In my experience on another reaction channels watch the problem seemed to decrease over time, and goes away entirely once Amazon takes over production in season 4.

Mary, it might help if you note when the credits start and then end, either with an audible response or visual queue. It wouldn't have been a whole lot of help on this one though as it was messy, but it might help guide the barrings while we then try to line up your blurry version with ours.
