Incredible episode. RIP Miller.

Chad K

Yes it felt like a finale because it's the end of Book 1.

Yeah, the early seasons of Expanse are pretty misleading. Book 1 ends, well, at this episode. The next one is the start of book 2 which ends at the same point in season 3. Then book 3 ends at the end of season 3. After that, books match to seasons. Out of interest, how far into the show are you?

Hope all is well with you and baby. Take care... Yes. I never knew, or could guess, where the heck this show was headed. It's a ride. lol.

to me, the protomolecule didn't see Miller as a threat because of his love for julie and by extension, itself. need to watch faster, we got 3 and a half seasons to get through. Julie and Millers tale was, heartbreaking and beautiful

One piece of dialogue I love from the previous episode, which is fully shown in the scene with proto-Julie, is the callback to what Anderson Dawes told Miller in S1E7: "Maybe you haven't lost everything yet, huh? When you do, you'll find your way home, and it will welcome you" Then, in S2E4 Diogo asks why Miller is out here rocking hopping to which Miller replies "I dunno, finding my way home maybe." The writing in this show is just S tier.

The amazing experience that is watching 2x5, definitely one of a kind and beautiful! And just to think...this is only the beginning of what's to come in this journey you're going to have!

They were drinking Ganymede Gin at the end, which was Miller's requested alcohol when they succeeded. Lots of coffee and alcohol consumption in this show.
