I've had a very busy schedule, but I'm binging these reactions now. I like this episode much better than the previous two-parter with the Slitheen. Maybe because the previous story was very action-driven and this one was much more a character study. Margaret / Blon was right that the Doctor lands somewhere, gets into all kinds of trouble, gets out of trouble, and leaves without facing consequences that everyone else gets to "enjoy". In a meta sense, that's the episodic television formula in a nutshell. But the fact that this episode explored that point is interesting to me.
