A priest, pastor, and minister are pretty much the same thing used interchangeably, it just depends on which denomination of Christianity such a person is a part of: catholic, protestant, baptist, lutheran, etc.

Re physics: the way they normally create "artificial gravity" in space is by acceleration; you obviously don't feel speed (or velocity) itself, you feel the acceleration. So if you accelerate at about 10 meters per second every second, you have 1G, so the same feeling of gravity as on Earth. But you need to be constantly accelerating. Spin gravity works differently, exploiting the centripetal force that's created by the spin, so it doesn't need to be moving that fast. The "acceleration" in this instance is the fact that because you're spinning, you're constantly "turning", like if you ride in a car costant speed, you still feel the turns, because turning is itself a kind of acceleration. Since the bubble thing has a limit on speed, you can't create gravity by constantly accelerating because you would exceed the speed limit almost immediately. But the spinning drum has a constant speed, it doesn't accelerate as such, meaning it doesn't increase its velocity.
