WIP: Magnolia crown (Patreon)

Mesopotamia Crawly doesn't quite know what to do with himself when Aziraphale wreaths him in flowers. Will he ever feel like he deserves that sweetness?

All the things I have in progress that I should be trying to finish up, and of course I just started another one. It's the month of perpetual WIPs!

Lucky Cats' top voted prompt this month was flower crowns, which feels very appropriate for April. I always lean in a magnolia direction (they look and smell like luxury and magic to me), and I learned that magnolias are an ancient species that predate bees, so they're pollinated by beetles. They do look prehistoric, don't they?

This will hopefully eventually be a collab, to be colored by a dear friend who I'll keep a secret for now just in case they aren't able to, or we decide on something else. The second slide is just a color guide because sometimes it's hard to know what's a leaf vs. petal or hair vs. not hair. 😄
