Brilliant Artemisia requested 19th-century vampire Crowley and ingenue Aziraphale, and I don't think this is something I ever would have drawn otherwise, but I'm really happy with how it turned out! I really love a good excuse to draw big poofy sleeves. If I had just 5% fewer scruples I would have drawn a big tent in either of their trousers, but I also like the gender ambiguity of it all.

This was all colored pencil, cool gray Prismas and a little pop of red. Finally busted out my new bristol paper and I don't know if it makes much of a difference, but it feels smoother, anyway.

Tomorrow I'll draw the name of a Lucky Cat to send the original!

I do love it when you change up your background style a bit! This is wonderful!! It’s got this gothic feel, like Crimson Peak. The little pop of red makes me fairly lick my lips! This is luscious. I love it!!!

God, me and backgrounds are not friends, but at least this one was pretty easy. I'm glad it turned out okay! Thank youuu ❤️
