Well, here it is! This month's short story. I had a bit of trouble getting started, but once I had the concept locked down it flowed very easily.

Naturally, with this being out now, that means it's almost time for August's new ideas! So get those thinking caps going, because in a few days I'll be looking for the next short story for me to write.
