So how are the five strongest gonna be put in their brackets? At first, I thought all eight fights would happen in Budo’s quadrant, and the winner of that quadrant will face him Or is budo picked out at random and could’ve been the first match for example

That’s not how it works. Each quadrant is going to have its own set of bracket matches for example, Budo is going to have eight first round matches, whereas Akumas might have more or less, etc. i’ve explained this on stream before if you haven’t seen it, but I’m gonna be streaming likely either tomorrow or Saturday so I’m going to explain more then.
