Been the most productive and creative in the past two weeks that i have been in a long time! and its all thanks to adaptation and finding my best flow, schedule and environment.

Hope this gives you some form on insight and maybe some inspiration to change up or reassess your approach to your work.

Something really special about working on something while the sun rises. Unrelated note: road tripping from Northern Cali to Denver for your show on June 15th. It'll be my first time seeing ya live and my first show in almost 5 years. Beyond stoked for it, especially the aeon:mode set and the Seven Lions/Haliene collab. 🙏

Thanks for the insight! Can I ask what your breaks look like throughout the day?

Sue Orchison

Thank you for the reminder to just SHOW UP! I need to start doing that again.

usually take lunch breaks. eat some food, make a coffee, scroll some reels lol just separate from music for a moment and let my brain and ears rest. other breaks might be going for a climb 2 times a week or something like that.

seems to be one of the more important things we can do as creatives. i feel like you show up almost every day (when im around)!

Do you have any particular ways to stay focused while you're producing? Do you create any sorts of to-do lists and if so - how do you figure out these tasks? Or do you just create and let everything happen on it's own?
