Book Recommendation: The Creative Act by Rick Rubin (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

You may have seen this book ruminating around our space recently. It's a book by the legendary Rick Rubin, who is somewhat of a musical guru in a sense. He is a producer and has worked with artists like Red Hot Chili Peppers, to Travis Scott, Linkin Park, Metallica, Justin Timberlake, and the Beastie Boys. His list is seriously insane. Hes renowned for his ability to be able to extract the best from any artist. And his approach blends artistry with spirituality, in a sincere and motivating kind of way. His writing style throughout this book is warm, open, comforting and exciting. I highly recommend you look him up if you haven't heard of him before. He's a character! And such a beautiful soul.

This book is definitely going to become a staple for creatives and one i know a lot of us will be reading over and over again.

Big recommend on this if you haven't already begun to dive in.
