Big LoRA Character Models Update + Mini Sets for Each (Patreon)

Recently, a new checkpoint model called ANIMA PREVIEW was released on Civitai. It’s quite different from the usual Illustrious, Noob, and SDXL checkpoints. I’ve spent the last few weeks figuring out how to properly train LoRAs on it and updating my whole workflow to match.

I really like how it captures character style and features, so I’ll be using it a lot more from now on. The quality will keep getting better because I’m still fine-tuning all the settings.

I’ve retrained almost all my models for ANIMA, but right now I’m releasing part of Hazbin Hotel batch + some new ones that have piled up, plus the LoRA Commission models: Kasumi, Atom Eve, and Rayla. (Just a quick note: these are specifically LoRA commissions for creating LoRA models. Regular commissions are still closed.)

Loona, Twilight Sparkle, and Salem (the poll winners) are still in progress. I just needed to properly organize and format all the LoRAs that had accumulated, otherwise I’d get completely lost trying to handle everything at once. Lute won outside the poll (donator put $100 on her separately).

Quick note for anyone who’s not familiar: LoRA models are needed for AI creators to generate characters with the exact desired appearance. Everyone else can just enjoy the image sets — they turned out pretty spicy 😏

For those who want to try ANIMA locally: ComfyUI needs a completely different workflow than regular SDXL (the latest version has a basic ANIMA workflow in the examples by default).
