A single Xenomorph egg ends up in the sewers of Night City. A desperate scav becomes the first host. What emerges is not a normal drone, but a Royal strain that rapidly grows into a Queen. Deep beneath Watson, a hive begins to form in secret, carefully selecting the least-augmented people as hosts.
