We're back tonight with the FINAL episode of this season of Edge of Midnight! After last week's wild cliff hanger and art reveals, we only have one more episode left for this arc... So put your questions and comments about the characters and session below, and we'll be answering as many as we can during our breaks! Next week we'll be at Gen Con and when we return so will Uprooted: Dimwits of the Dimwood. See you soon!

SorenSilverblade

What is a favorite memory each of your characters cherish from their old lives, before entering Druskenvald?

Mc_Whitty

How difficult was it to not talk about the new art to people? I would be have to have my mouth sewn shut with how good each piece is.

Kirana X-16

I have a question about Uprooted. How does Bitsy feel about or believe wine is made?

EmilyInRedCoat

Is Stryga the Avantris continent and Stryga that Lethica worships somehow related? Also, linguistics fun fact, stryga in Slovak means witch or hag. I think that's true for more Slavic languages

NoodlePoffin

Would you ever consider doing a small group one shot to show Farryn’s journey? Or something like in BDW where everyone got to play through a snapshot of the characters’ backstories?

SorenSilverblade

This is covered more in Prime and Beneath Dark Wings, but each continent in Avantris has a ‘master of the land’ so to speak. Stryga, Drakar, Yona, and the rest are not only continents but also primal beings watching over their respective regions

EmilyInRedCoat

Thanks! Prime and Beneath Dark Wings are the last two campaigns I haven't seen yet

Ravensinkwell

Since Uprooted is returning how would the two parties react to meeting each other?

Brian

Since Marius has gone all Darth, Lethica has joined the Court of Owls, Jehricho is literally part demon and Cap'n Briggsy is now Crossbones personal assassin.... .... are you the bad guys now? you know your going to make "HUGO SAD" now right? If your not the bad guys now, would you ever consider doing an evil play through? for example a campaign where there is a power vacuum and your all trying to become Avantris' new BBEG, constantly trying to get one over on your team mates to ensure the prize is yours without pissing them off to much.... .... since they are also the ones keeping you alive / your personal meat shields? (apologies for the wordy epic of a question)

R. Condon

To clarify my question from earlier , I mean were all the knights in Marius’s kingdom guys? (Sorry, I definitely didn’t word that well for a fantasy setting)

EmilyInRedCoat

Was there a pivotal moment in campaign that you think could go very differently than it actually did and drastically change course of the campaign? Either a moment where dice told a story or your character made a big choice

BumbleTal

if your characters were to play a game of dnd together, what class would they pick to play?

JM Mothy

What advice would you give to someone who really wants to start playing dnd but doesn’t know how start? And what should I do first? Create a character or find a group?

BeckyFalcon

I’m not sure if you answered this during the plushie stream when the internet cut out but Nikkie, I was listening to the podcast and had a thought: in the Crooked House what would have happened if the party immediately put the Sally doll in Bag? Also, how do you guys feel about snakes? I have a bunch of snake skin from my 2 snakes and have wanted to make d20s out of them to send to each of you for a while now but if any of you guys don’t like snakes I’ll make something else 😅

Brian

What is Briggsey's motivation now he has made peace with being an undead warlock? Has his mission with killing witches become something more to him than just 'for profit'?

Maria Contreras

So now that yall have changed forms so to speak are these forms more your true self's or will there be an adjustment period to get used to them?

DaughterofEve

Each of your characters was in a band in high school. What was the band name and what instrument did they play?

Amazon_Jayde

If Yorgrim and Farryn had been alive to receive their gifts, what do you think their dark transformations would be like?

Kyle Hutchings

Attending our 1st GenCon, high point being tickets for "Avantris After Dark". Do you accept gifts at Live shows? My wife made something really special for Nikkie.

Meagan

Following last week’s absolute banger of an episode - where does Ep. 31 of EOM rank on everyone’s list of favorite streams/episodes (of LOA generally, not just EOM)?

Thestral_5654

I know this isn't related to the campaign, but when you guys eventually have the new merch drop, are the old campaign designs going away? I'm wanting an EoM logo hoodie and am wanting to know when I need to buy one!

Kyle Hutchings

Hypothetical: Amazon Prime/ Netflix calls for an animated adaptation. Who are the dream voice casting for your favorite NPC's? Like, who would be the best Phil Druskenvald and why is it Paul F. Thompkins?

Port of the Unknown

Did you guys consider using The Croocked Moon Subclasses for your characters after the revamp/new art? If not what subclass/class would you make your character? Do you have a favorite? Love you guys, see you at Gen con!

BabaYagasChickenToes

What's the most fun part of your characters 'new' personalities/perspectives to rp?

MothyCoffee

What does the players and DM feel or think about the paths the characters have taken?

Milli Hopkinson

The Dutchess got jealous of Marius mentioning visiting Galtica with Lethica, do you think that this will affect Marius's feelings for Lethica? Do you think that the Dutchess will become angrier/more jealous and possibly interfere with the party dealing with the witches if the relationship continues to develop?

faustianqueen

Was Lethica leading people to Shar just a cold, boldfaced deception to further her own goal? Or did she really want to bring people comfort with grief and such
