My question is kind of tangential to this, and may have the same answer...Is there any resource you could recommend for getting, like, a primer on the world setting/lore of Warhammer? That's for those of us who are unfamiliar with that universe and want to get to know it a bit for this campaign. Thanks!

What would you all say is the easiest and/or hardest thing about being a DM? bonus question, slightly relevant: Have you ever considered random one-shots that are made up as they go, maybe with a general end goal but otherwise just complete improv, on the spot?
