Comments

Lola

For each character; what would be your favorite Cowboy Bebop episode? And what is your favorite jazz standard?

Mc_Whitty

If yall haven't finalized the title, what about calling this stardust duet: bounty hunter beginnings?

HellsFreak

Will there be any Easter eggs in this campaign?/anything we need to look out for

RobertTDL

What's pykes favorite gun or ranged weapon? Like a revolver or a rifle for example

Allie

For Mace, how is your little baby and Casey doing??? And if y’all would want to change anything about your characters like background or abilities, what would you change? This could relate to any characters, not just Stardust

Idowhatiwant2010

Mace: What did you miss most about GMing now that you are back in the seat? Andy and Richie: What did you miss most about playing your Stardust characters?

Schiwalker

If you hadn't been able to (for whatever reason) play those specific characters, what else would you have wanted to play? (OR I suppose, any other character ideas that were discarded?)

CilantroF

Not a question, but an apology for not being able to catch up on all of y'alls amazing content. True question, being that I'm not caught up. Is this a true bromance, or a hidden "were only room mates" bromance

SorenSilverblade

In Stardust, do languages like Elven and Dwarven still function as they do in D&D proper? If so, what does it sound like when Pyke speaks Elven or when Rett speaks Dwarven?

Exodon

This is amazing! Question: Will we be able to get another one of these with Leboosh and Kavir? I love this idea with backstories of duos.

FreeHugs

What woodland critters would the stardust cast be if they were in uprooted?

SorenSilverblade

There is no clear romance between them, but they are a skilled duo and make a good team. If you’ve seen Cowboy Bebop, they’re like Jet and Spike.

Kaiju_Kyle

What are your thoughts on what to do when a set of dice go artic cold and practices you may have done to "uncurse" the dice.

EmilyInRedCoat

I wondered how much of the backstory for your characters were already created for Stardust and how much will be created in these episodes?

Hag_o_the_Hills

Probably not, the reason they're playing w only three of them is that everyone else (Lebooshs Derek) is Crooked Crammin writing and revising.

Clad

You have talked about how you all had specific roles in CoS and I was wondering if you did the same thing with Stardust? Also, what would you say the roles were for each campaign? I'm trying to implement this in my upcoming campaign and I'm looking for examples. Thank you.

Koalabeyr

For Mace: how does your session prep change when you only have 2 Players? Is there a type of play you focus more on like less combat more skills challenge or RP? I'm DMing an airship/sky islands campaign for 2 people and wanted some insight.

TheDisasterMaster

Mace: If you were one of the players for this campaign, what would be your character? For Everyone: Has there been a sci-fi/space movie that has impacted your life? If so, what?

Exodon

I know the reason. They be busy busy. BUT if this does well it could encourage more in the reason of content. And asking the question could help promote it. Also you moss every shot you don't take!

Jam

Least favorite class to play and why?

Captn_Agate

Pyke and Rhett have a smoke break with Kremy and Gid, what do they talk about?

SorenSilverblade

Andy has likened this duo to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Between Rett and Pyke, which one is which?

BbqueenClorox

Did y'all intentionally do the whole light and dark thing with Rhett and pyke? Dark dwarf and light(sun) elf

Greedyflower

For mace how does it feel to be back to DM stardust and for the players to be playing these amazing characters

ZandOtherThings

You’ve talked before about pcs you think might get along, but which of your pcs do you think would be mortal enemies?

Beahoney2me

For Richie: You don't have to answer, but when did you decide to make Kremy in love with Gideon? I just wanna say that the characters you guys make are so amazing and real feeling. They all have their own reactions and everything, it's super fun to watch!

Shmoopy

For each person if you could replay any campaign for the first time all over again which one and why

Arkyfire

Any updates on crooked Moon so far? How's it been going?

M K

What character was your favorite/most fun to play? And least favorite if you have one

leperdpaw L.

Is it just me or is this an exciting time to be part of the Avantris family

teddie laundry bear

Hey guys!! Long time no ask Question for Mace: are you looking forward to running a hijinks campaign in your beautiful stunning space world, and getting a little break from the (cosmic) horrors? Question for everyone: with spooky season coming up, what's everyone looking forward to about the cold weather? Pumpkins? Less heat? Vibes? Sarting fires? (Andy) I'm curious!!

Amazon_Jayde

How does it feel to know that there are currently 1,050 fanfics on Ao3?

RailRunner66

Does the Rhapsody have wood on the interior?

WizSilver

why did you not name it dustrap strarsody?

teddie laundry bear

Question for Andy: if Pykes bones break, do they glow like glow sticks?

Cobalt Bluewaters

First time watching a Stardust stream! If Pyke and Rett were to wear a duo/couples costume, what do you think would fit them best?

Shmoopy

I love this comment so much

Guh00se

QUESTION: Is there a link to Derek’s DM material for Cuttlefish Sweepstake? I’m wanting to replicate it for friends and would love to learn how his games are structured.

Notedoesart

Probably late but! Question for mace, ready to send new npcs our way and then rip them away just as fast

Rayleen Cosgrove

First time I’ve seen y’all doing a smaller sized party campaign! For Mace: how differently do you prep for smaller parties versus one where you’re able to rely more on roleplay bits and more character moments?

Rachael Lovely

When planning out a duo of characters what are some recommended tips that y’all have as people who have built characters to be part of a duo

GivingOx

Which duo of characters would you see on a radio station, (pike & Rett, Gricko & Frost) and what music would they play?

Timothy Saura

Halloween time of the year. What your fav horror film?

Banana Dad

If you SR character is in the next Christmas crossover special, who would you want in the team with you?

Lordkai385

So not stardust related but ive been getting caught up on all the campaigns and im curious if any of you are still in contact with maya mostly curious because i loved her reactions to nat 20s

Cobalt Bluewaters

Question for anyone who would know. Where did you get the space b-role shots in the stardust opening, they’re very cool!

Boy Wonder Bread

Not a question, but you guys should totally kill the two goons with hammers 💜

Schiwalker

QUESTION: for Mace, if you were playing in this campaign, what would your character be??

TurtleGoat

What would be one DnD session that you will remember for a long time? Like, what is one moment that has stayed with you forever?

Carly Bourke

Wait wait wait… what kind of AO3 stories are people making about y’all?

Encaris

Question: how much of character development/backstory created by the player vs the Dm? 50/50 or more one than the other? Just curious

Carly Bourke

… what are your favorites?

Ryan Bell

I'm sure it has been answered before with Cowboy Bebop having inspired some things, but has the Avantris Crew ever seen Outlaw Star? It is amazing.

Clone Andy

I just have to say my peace…. Billy Ocean’s “ When the going get Tough” from the underrated movie The Jewel of the Nile, is the greatest song soundtrack history.

OpalEye 42

What would your biography/biopic's title be?

OpalEye 42

Have you seen that YouTooz are doing Over The Garden Wall plushies and vinyl figs?
