PATRONS! It's November!! Welcome back to another month in Avantris.

As many of you know we have been dealing with some heavy deadlines for the Crooked Moon so content has looked a bit different over the last month. That is continuing into November but the end is in sight! If you have been enjoying M.A.N (Mace, Andy, Nikkie) shenanigans you can expect that to continue throughout this month. If there are games you want to see us play feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments below! With that, lets get into the schedule for this month!

Important news this month: All TTRPG streams are being replaced with gaming streams/hangout streams while we tackle the BBEG of the Crooked Moon… DEADLINES!

I'm happy watching M.A.N. (and A.N.: The Subgroup) play Phasmophobia. I know Nikkie and Andy have mentioned Demonologist a couple of times which I would love to see, but I'm happy to keep watching whatever you want to play. 💜💜The M.A.N. (and A.N.) streams have been brilliant! 💜 As for everyone working on The Crooked Moon, I hope it's going well and you're getting enough chill time and sleep! Anomaly games like Ten Bells, Exit 8, and Platform 8 could be fun to play. Technically they are single player but they’re really fun with a group. One person controls the view and the others help look for anomalies and solve puzzles. They’re easy games to take turns on as well because they have clear breaks between each level.

Avantris crew, is you can hear me right now, PLEASE give Mikey and Derek a couple of Wednesdays off after the Crooked Moon Deadlines so that we can get some more Rett and Pyke adventures (or at least tie up the cliffhanger Mace left us with). In the meantime, more Baldur's Gate 3, please. It was a ton of fun to watch. Stay strong, you guys. We're all so proud of you for all your hard work.

If your looking for another scary type game, “Emily wants to play” was popular a few years ago. It is single player I believe, so not sure if it would work out. Also, good luck with the Crooked Moon, you guys got this!

I saw someone said jackbox which is a great idea! Other fun ones I can think of are overcooked, webfishing, the long drive, don’t starve together, gartic phone, and last but not least any of the monster prom games

I've been loving the gameplay stuff, it's been so fun and a nice change in pace! I'm just y'all aren't spreading yourselves too too thin. I think an interesting game to watch y'all play would be Lethal Company or Pico Park like I've seen others suggest! If anyone is feeling up to a solo game type deal, Bioshock would be super cool or maybe Resident Evil even?

Jackbox could be fun but it's kind of tough with only 2-3 people. Minecraft or Vintage Story would also be fun. If you want to keep the ghost theme but not scary, Luigi's Mansion 3 has a two-player mode. Maybe critically acclaimed mmojrpg Final Fantasy XIV with (insert copypasta here). There are many games.

Night in the Woods is only single player, but the story is great and you can get up to serious shenanigans as you move through the platforms. Be way do crimes!!

I wanna see more Baldur's Gate if you guys can :) Jackbox would be a blast if you guys want audience participation. Sea of Thieves and Don't Starve Together would also be pretty fun. I also have to recommend Psychonauts because it's my absolute favorite game series ever, but it is just one player. But whatever ends up being played, I'll be happy to watch and hang!

I (Andy) have been playing MH since the PS2 days! When I first played it, it was in Japanese haha. I've skipped a few titles here and there but HMW looks SICK! I don't think any of the crew would enjoy that style of game. It's definitely not for everyone. That said, maaaaaybe I can send it on my own?? I don't think it releases until next February! Cheers!

I played the beta for MH wilds and it was pretty sick. If possible it would be awesome to see your reaction when it releases though only if other people want to see it. Thanks for the response I honestly wasn't expecting that.

We just read at our own pace and then discuss the full book during the Book Talk. I'm currently looking into an app called Fable so that there can be structure for people who want it but tbd on that atm!

[For a SHORT/CASUAL game to fill time]: "Tiny Glade." The coziest, most calming, and gorgeous little builder/sandbox, excellent for breaks or filling time between more high energy games - not actually twitch integrated but great for chat participation to suggest what buildings/colors to add and build a little glade together, can be put down and picked up at any moment). Absolutely wonderful for anyone looking to recreate locations from DND campaigns as well, very well suited for fantasy aesthetics -- many fans might enjoy it for making fan-recreations of Avantris locales (not to mention as a respite from everything going on right now). Also? Most satisfying and stimmy game you may ever play. Dear God, the sound design...

Oh also, you should try "An Airport For Aliens Currently Run by Dogs." It is exactly what it sounds like. And also nothing like what it sounds like. Just trust me on this one lmfao.

On Wednesday for M.A.N. I recommend For the King. It's turn based semi RPG, with "random" loot. But IMO is alot of fun with a lot of replayability. Has multiple "campaigns" you can play through. Limits to 3 though. Amd if you have less then 3 then the host plays the 3rd character. It would also help appease people who want RP since it's pretty laid back

Thanks for taking care of yourselves! Please continue to do so! With all the excitement about the new single being our for the soundtrack, has there been any discussion of a physical media version of the sound track, I would personally buy a vinyl I'm sure others might buy it as well?

We unlocked a stretch goal for creating a vinyl during the Kickstarter. We WILL produce them at some point and they will need to be purchased separately. We'll be sure to let everyone know about those details when the time comes!
