Hey gang! We're back with the next episode of Uprooted, tonight, at 7:30pm ET. The crew is off on an epic hunting quest, so don't miss it! Ask your questions below regarding the campaign, characters, or session and we'll answer as many as we can during our coffee breaks. Thanks for your support!

Lola

If the crew went to school, what would their top 3 grades be?

Jam

Fav animal for a fanart idea? Mythical creatures included. And Kelsey’s too if yall know it :)

FreeHugs

Root party's favorite exercises?

Weebinator69

I'm pretty sure something like this has been asked before, but I'm curious how each of your own characters would interact with the uprooted crew, i.e frost and bitsy. Grumley and kremy and etc... Me personally I'd love to see Booker and Torbek have a conversation

Lmui

What would Peggy/booker think if they were forced into our reality as a magical raccoon/frog

Ace Hudson

What are some elements you miss/are eager to get back to from other campaigns? (As a player or as a DM!)

Tykora

What does booker and the party think about the racoon bandit stereo types

choppaloppadingdong

Would each of the characters be dice goblins? What type of dice would they collect?

Clad

Hi gang, I'm going to be running the Crooked Moon campaign with my friends soon. I was wondering when the VTT maps and combat/ambience music is going to be released? Also, the Crooked Moon story is amazing and I can't wait to run it.

starrysquid51

when you come up with ideas for characters, do you guys take party synergy into account?

tasboo_graham

Are there plans to do a different kind of production design for your studio or will you keep using the same studio space and production for the known future? FWIW i really like everything as it is now.

WT Ando

Is Grumley the runt of his litter? He gives of runt energy.

Lunar

What is each uprooted characters fav season? ( The crew too?)

ZandOtherThings

Y’all have mentioned playing characters differently after going through the process of writing the crooked moon, would you change the uprooted gang in a similar way?

Clone Andy

I have a question for Clone Andy, are you wearing your uprooted socks right now like me?

kibblez1998

Since Cher appears to be canon in this universe, what animal is she?

Bruno Roque

Hey guys. I hope everyone is doing good. I started listening a few months ago, but I have fallen in live with everyone in the show. They're isn't an episode of uprooted, witchlight or shroud over saltmarsh that I haven't enjoyed. Love everyone, keep up the great work!!!

RavenEffectNevermore

First of all, can I just say that I adore everyone and their characters? But I have to admit that Grumley is my favorite (im bias towards dogs, pugs in particular). My question is what is Grumley's favorite food?

But_is_it_Marinated

Curious on y’all’s thoughts on internet privacy and the balance between public and private life, since becoming so popular. Was there a particular moment when you guys started popping off where you started getting recognized where you guys were like „oh shit“?

iTANK

How involved are you guys with working with the creation of the Crooked Moon songs with The Blasting Company? I know they do the singing and instrumentation but was wondering if you guys handled more of the lyrics, general themes, leimotifs, etc. Y'all have been knocking it out of the park with every song!

TheMadTrickster

Question for Mikey, what was the process like for creating the continents of Avantris?

Coyote

Nikki! Spoilers for Stardust. Since you won't be there for the return of the Rhapsody, how did you handle Mace joining you in the list of Avantris DMs who've had to send of PCs? Finishing ch 10 was much like closing COS for me as a viewer.

HanksWaifu

Does Peggy enjoy spicy novels? Would she ever write her own?

MusicalDealer

If you were to have the opportunity that Critical Role got with Vox Machina and their show, what campaign would you adapt into a series?

Cobalt Bluewaters

For your characters, what weather or season do you think would be their favorite and least favorite?

leperdpaw L.

What is yalls favorite Halloween costume?

Giggles the Gigilo Goosem

Will there be something similar to the 13 Beers At the Local Cheese coming up? You guys are awesome. Props to Mikey for dming this madness, and all of you for being supremely talented dms and players. I must away!

Tastydoomtime

What would the characters favorite super hero be? And why is bookers rocket raccon?

SorenSilverblade

If you were to cast the Dracula or Nosferatu movie using Avantris characters, who would you pick to play each character? Mina, Van Helsing, Jonathan Harker, and so on.

PurestWembley

Have you considered coming to Australia for a convention?

DeeMeister

If the uprooted gang all worked at a retail store together like 'SuperStore', what position/job would they do? IE, cashier, janitor, that one cashier that's in the tech section, manager, food clerk, etc

Daniel Lara

Have you ever wanted to have a cartoon series of Uprooted?

FeelingFroggy

What's your favorite War Hammer faction/race?

James Herrin

Hey guys i've been watching you campaigns for a decent time and I just managed to get your guy's patreon and watching Shroud over salt marsh and got the crooked moon and i'm trying to do my first d &d session. Love you guys and your content.

Maya Vitale

I just got a puppy, I named her Bitsy and really wanted yall to know. She's a chihuahua so really coincides with the Bitsy energy!

Tea

Currently watching on airplane wifi on a 6 hour flight! Question for the parents at the table: what media are you most excited to share with your kid(s) once they're old enough?

Kyle Hutchings

After coining "The Shartenstein Bears" last week, I now know it's possible to feel pride and shame in equal measure.

Stardust678

Favorite improv or word games of the group? (For example Derek is always reffering to the rhyme game in witchlight)

Weird_Wallflower

Two questions, one post: #1.) Most friend groups have tend to have a mom/dad friend, the problem child/rebellious teen friend or the wine aunt/weird uncle friend, etc. Who's who in your group? #2.) If you randomly woke up one morning as a either a cat (or dog), bird, or lizard, & were stuck that way for a week, which would you choose?

Prince F-8

What instruments are used in "by the lagoon" specifically the chorus later in the song?

Ashley Moll

What tips would you give to a 1st time GM making a Map for their world? ALSO! I really want to know how tall Mace is compared to everyone! When he sits next to Derek it is crazy how small Derek looks 🥹 Also, I am trying to become a GM because of this channel and my husband has started to watch Uprooted!

tyasia bonds

What retail jobs would the group be either really good or really bad at, i can see peggy working at hot topic or Spencers?

Roxanne Hennessy

If you could play another player's character who would you pick

Zephyr_Tree

If you could take any of your characters and put them into a different campaign, who would you pick, what campaign would you put them in and how do you think they would cope in that storyline?

Jessica Durn

What are you most excited for in regards to the return of Stardust?

Ronan

Hi guys hope you're having a good night! So excited to hear that SR is coming back. Will I need to be caught up on the first season to understand the second one? I haven't finished it yet but would love to catch it live on the 29th if it won't spoil anything!

Adron42

I'm loving all the updates about Crooked Moon! With more and more things being filled out and sorta finalized, how big are the Deluxe and All In boxes at this point?!?

ZandOtherThings

Battle royal style; which party across campaigns is crowned the winner?

Ashley

Hi... um I feel silly asking, but I wanted to ask before doing so. But would it be okay to post Crooked Moon fanart based off the book art? I have stuff of Sister Rain and Jericho, Yorgrim/Monster House reference, and some Lethica and Marius I haven't posted yet because I didn't want to spoil anything. Or would it be okay as long as it's marked as a CM spoiler? If not, no worries, I'll wait until the book release.

Zephyr_Tree

Is there a class that you want to play but haven’t gotten the chance to yet?

Lilysgone

what are the most difficult character voices for each of yall to do? also, happy late birthday to Kels!

Nicholas Stevenson

For a gritty fantasy Dimwood campaign, what ttrpg system would you all use?

Lord Nyrod

In an arena match between Peggy and Bitsy, who would win?

MrNeb

If yourgrim was still around for metamorphosis what would he have become?

Clone Andy

Booker would be Long Shot from the 90,s X-Men.

Clone Andy

Now that I think about it Pyle feels more like Long Shot from the 99’s X-Men.

ZandOtherThings

Y’all seen severance? Thoughts? Opinions?

But_is_it_Marinated

Recently got a dental surgery, first surgery I’ve been awake for and they let me put on a podcast and so I decided to try Curse of Strahd for the first time. Haven’t tried it off drugs yet, but 10/10 on nitrous.

SweetMochaPaws

I missed the wave of Garycon tickets :( Is there another con you’ll all be going to coming up?

michael moss

So what is going on in this ep. You guys are remaking your uprooted characters with new classes?? Whole new story for uprooted?

michael moss

Also after finishing prime. COS and now I'm working on BDW thank you guys sooo much for the DAYS of laughs I appreciate what you guys do so muxh

Roxanne Hennessy

what class would Twilight's Kristen Stewart be?

Kyle

As you guys have multiple campaigns going on simultaneously, is it ever hard to switch between your different characters mindsets, as you switch from one game to the next throughout the week/month?

Clone Andy

In fourth edition my bard had the ability to cast a spell that would allow me to give an ally a basic attack, then a few levels latter he gains the ability to cast one of his encounter spells as an attack will spell. Then all he he did was cast a spell at will twice a round that let his buddies kill the beast

Teea Zimora

How many characters do you each have?

Hennis the Mennis

Are you using the upgrade to reflect your character’s experiences thus far or to take them in a new direction?
