I'm a first time DM running a one shot with my friends for a bachelor party! I am planning to use the Ru Garuul fight (along with the following battle if all goes well). For a party of 3 using the crooked moon player options, what level should I have them make their characters? I was thinking 13 to explore the most we can of the subclasses but don't want to make it too easy. Love you all!

I was 49 years old when I learned that line spells in DnD do not originate from the middle of your square. You have to pick a corner that the spell originated from. This spells like Lightning Bolt that are five feet wide would be 2.5 feet into one square and 2.5 feet in another. As we all know if an AOE effects have your square you have to make the saving throw. Meaning Lighting bolt can effectively be a ten foot wide line. Also Crawdaddy commented on this and said that is exactly how lightning bolt works.

Not a question. In your guys video settings on Minecraft, there is a new graphics mode that Minecraft added yesterday I believe, called vibrant visuals. It’s shaders for bedrock and it looks good.
