CandyWitch

My characters often revolve around odd things to cast spells. IN THAT SENSE, Would your characters choose to use magic through bones or candy??

CandyWitch

Or jewelry? (Not in the sense of magical item loot)

Catherine Grzywa

Im still new to DMing, but I had a really wholesome moment at my last session! The youngest player at my table is 12 and has always been super quiet and would only use the same melee attack every encounter. But this past week I was able to get a laugh out of him, some light RP, and a couple spells in the dining room of the crooked house! Most of my table is between their 20s-40s and it made me super pumped that he’s been opening up more despite the age difference! It really has made me realize how much I’ve enjoyed being a DM!

Jack Hubert

Wait, are y'all continuing the crooked moon one shot. in that case, can we get those character sheets on the patreon bonus

TheMadTrickster

Hello, hope everyone is doing well. Just wanted to say that I got my signed Crooked Moon deluxe book and it's gorgeous to hold and read! Love the dice and cards as well. You all made something amazing!

SorenSilverblade

Besides Carnivale Lecroux, what other Avantris party’s would you like to give turn into crooked lineages and send to Druskenvald for adventures and shenanigans? P.S. So glad you’re feeling better, Nikkie.

JackTheMurph

Fun fact, this question was written in the middle of standstill traffic. It dawned on me today that edge of midnight, in my opinion, would make an absolute banger of a old school live action film, akin to the original Star Wars era. That being said if you could choose any of your campaigns to be brought to life in an artistic medium other than animation, what would you choose?

Hag_o_the_Hills

My next Campaign will be taking place in Druskenwald, I plan to start us off in Port Melee! What are some pieces of media the gang would reccomend to get into the Spirit of Kalero? Also Welcome back Nikkie, we've missed you!

Zorbrian

Planning to run Crooked Moon as a first time DM in a couple months. What are some things to keep in mind or just general tips for the task ahead?

Cobalt Bluewaters

Happy Grimsday! For a full night, would you rather be trapped in a real haunted house, or in a graveyard?

Ashley

Happy to hear Nikkie's feeling better! I was wondering how many colors can a Glowbin turn? I vaguely remember her changing colors when she was scared, with her having a rough time with everything she's been through is she like changing like a mood ring to match the emotions she's having or is she staying her usual bright green? Excited to hear whatever you can share on them, thanks and hope ya'll have a wonderful night!

Misstrickster

Welcome back, Nikkie! My question is, besides folk horror, what other kinds of horrors would you love to explore through DND?

Jacey

Really happy you're feeling better Nikkie! Question for everyone: how do you get in-character before it's time to play? I've just started playing D&D for the first time in a while and this past session we found it kind of hard to get in-character. I've got a little bit of acting to do for my character next session and was wondering if you had any tips to get in the roleplaying mood?

Idowhatiwant2010

Do any of you have any Halloween traditions? If so, what are they? We do pumpkin carving!

HoldThatThink

Glad to have you back Nikkie!!!! The boys have had too much fun at the local cheese, time to set them straight!

SinkofDragonSoup

I just started dming crooked moon last Sunday, it went fantastic, they loved Adela!! Do you have an eta that you can share for the CM soundtrack? I can't wait to listen to all the songs, just hoping I can share them in a roleplay musical kind of way

Final Frostasy

Just watched your pax unlimited campaign, do you have any plans to continue that?

mike_from_gentech

If the crew were to dress up for Halloween as any character from Avantris (could be either PC or NPC) who would they dress up as

An_Anonymous_Panda

Welcome back Nikki!! Im so glad youre feeling better! Do you all take turns DMing as a rule, or do you all enjoy telling stories as much as you like playing the characters? Apologies if this has already been asked.

Weird_Wallflower

If you were stuck as a classic Halloween monster for the rest of eternity, which would choose? Vampire, Werewolf, Ghost or Zombie/Mummy

Jam

Nikkie!! Hope you got some much needed rest and are feelin good! Did you get around to reading hunger games and/or Katabasis? Any thoughts if you did?

Weird_Wallflower

For Andy & Mace, if you had to leave your child with another (non-parent) member of LOA (with no assistance) for a week, who do you think would corrupt your child the most/teach them the most bad habits?

Kyle Hutchings

Nikkie back and Rush announce 1st tour in 10 years in the same week. Halloween came early this year.

canned..bread

What have you learned as a DM from each campaign you've DM? What was different from what you expected when you were a first-time DM?

Sam B

Back as a patron after a short break due to bills. So excited! Which of your characters would do the worst/ best in an escape room?

Jubs

Nikki please decorate your space buns like pumpkins for Halloween! 🎃

Em

Question for Derek: Did you see that they’re doing a Magic X Star Trek crossover?

Coyote

My Signed copy came in just today! Couldn't splurge for the deluxe signed, but I Love the OG artwork for the Crooked Moon. Thank you all for including us for this incredible folkhorror project.

tsukiko

For the DMs at the table, how do you start DMing and not feel overwhelmed and/or worried that you’re not doing a good job or keeping the table entertained?

Sam B

Not a question, but I've started walking to your streams to try and get healthier. I just finished a mile and this is the fastest and easiest I've completed a mile!

ClownySkeleton

what boss do you like the look of/is your favorite in the crooked moon?

canned..bread

Apologies if this has previously been answered, where do Gideon's horns come from? Are they a signal of tiefling heritage or simply a unique design choice?

Remire

Mikey, if you are the God of Avantris, who is Dan Dillion in the gods behind the scenes of Avantris?

BarbieLovesMe

Can glowblins turn shrimp colours?

Otaku Cowboy

If you, yourselves woke up in the crooked mokn what soecies would you want to be?

MorthostheDemon

I just wanna say (in a positive way) Mace had no business saying my name with that growl, caught me off guard, but thank you for the call out. Love ya'll, and thank you for connecting me to FeyStory's community from the last raid I was a part of. Are you excited for the collab with critical roles dagger heart, i'm excited to see if ya'll like it or not, I personally do.

Cobalt Bluewaters

Not a question, but to answer Mace’s question, about human eyes seeing green, if you’re wondering. Mace is correct. human eyes see green the most because the medium-wavelength cone cells in the eye. These medium length cells heavily overlap with the longer wavelength( red) cells, allowing the eyes to basically “compare” the colors and able to differentiate between shades. It is considered an evolutionary advantage humans have, as since there is a lot of green in the environment, we would be able to tell the difference between animals, predators and the surroundings.

Corey Nichols

How do you guys handle internal disagreements when working on a project like Crooked Moon. I am sure with massive creative talent you all have there must have been some conflicting visions. Being friends and coworkers how do you handle conflict?

Firerescue542

A question for mace if the the circumstance, andy, and darick dtf played d and d in star dust what would they play for characters

Kayley Sherret

Question for Nikkie! Where did you get your glasses chain? Thrilled to see you back and on the mend <3

Sam8749

Are we seeing the return of Edge of midnight after this mini campaign??

SorenSilverblade

Of all the Fallen, who would the Ghostlight Carnivale crew torment and irritate the most? P.S. Poor, old Yorgrim. Such a touching song. Thank you so much for premiering it tonight.

Fraktal Toybox

Do each of you have voices for each of your characters in the Crooked Moon?

CodingZerp

What is the origin of Thaddeus Tootont (andy's player character)?

CodingZerp

In Prime, is it spelled Tyche or Taiki?

GeodeKumo

Not really a question, but I just wanted to say that my favorite parts of your vamping sessions and Avantris and Chills are the times when you all need to bring a conversation to a halt so you can look up the answer to a question or debate you're having, and then ALL of us end up learning something new 🤣 I love you guys so much, keep being you. Also I would watch the hell out of "Wiki-Walks With Derek," lol

Fraktal Toybox

Not sure if you already have a plan for this years Decemberween campaign, but I had the idea for a Garry Goodberry DMed Uprooted styled chaos campaign.

BarbieLovesMe

I'm making spaghetti yall want some

Michael_Mayor

Funny you should say that Derek, because my Ghostlight Locomotive turned into a kick him while he's down. The fighter in his centaur flavored war horse form knocked the train prone, and my paladin chained it up. It stayed down for 4 ish rounds because I was failing the save.

Michael_Mayor

The same fighter also decided to eat a soul can to gain the trains power.

Michael_Mayor

And tried to pick up the Wildpyre tiger to bring it to the Harleyquinn.

Kyle Hutchings

Do Phil and Adela draw any inspiration from Nick & Nora Charles from the Thin Man movies and books, or maybe Mr. Dark from "Something Wicked this Way Comes"?

FrogPetals

Not a question, but I got the gemstone dice and deluxe box and everything is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys for awesome product. Proud to be a mooning gooner.

CasperPMusic

Mikey: Who is your favorite character to play, and why is it Ygor? Much love

Blix

What would you guys say was the hardest thing about making the crooked moon? (All)

Spazdick

If you guys had fursonas, what animals would you be?

An_Anonymous_Panda

What is Nikkis favorite/ can't live without DM tool?

OpalEye 42

I was very happy to see the Magpie of Omens familiar from the Crooked Moon has artwork closely resembling an Australian Magpie rather than an American or European species. What was the creative decision to go with that?

Kian

So I have started playing total war 3 and have loved the Nurgle faction so far. All this to say what faction would you choose if you guys were to either represent or play as in a campaign (dnd or TW).

GeodeKumo

Do any of your characters like deviled eggs, and if so, which ones are guilty of always eating them all/who can eat the most?

Michael_Mayor

Out of all of the dnd subclass, what is your favorite?

Hawke

Honest question for Mace, does your current character sheet for Stoneborn (CM) Gideon have under languages Goblin?

Ellen

Which one of you runs the tiktok account and, judging by the reposts, has excellent taste?

Michael_Mayor

For some reason when I learned the definition of castigation, I thought of a fucking Karen paladin.

OwlbearDruid

Hi there, so sorry if this is an annoying question. Was just wondering if the merch store will return? There were so many cool things I wanted to buy. :)

BarbieLovesMe

Follow up from my question earlier, the spaghetti is ready now for whoever wants some

joshua thompson

How do I watch episodes 1 & 2? I can only find Ep. 3 on youtube.

FreeHugs

In the last few episodes of Witchlight you guys mentioned a campaign called “People Of The Feywild” Is that Call Of The Feywild or a different unreleased campaign? I've seen Call Of The Feywild and I don't remember anything about a vehicle Gricko wished for.

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Looks like episode 67 of witchligh and 3 of ghostlight just haven't been uploaded yet. Try asking in the discord if you have access?

AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Not sure if you found this or not, but apparently there is a spreadsheet with links to the videos. Go to the discord, and the most recent pinned post in the sub only channel should have it
