Happy Holiday Season Dear Patrons!!

It's the final month of the year and you know what that means! That's right! The End of Year 20% Discount is Back! That means you get 20% off if you purchase any tier for a full year. This is the best deal we can offer (literally, Patreon won't let us do more) so lock in your support before we ring in 2026!

Important Update:We’re taking a streaming break starting December 22nd, returning in January next year with Once Upon a Witchlight on January 14th.

Also, don’t miss the Looking Ahead to 2026 section at the end for some important updates.

December Schedule:

Once Upon A Ghostlight: December 3rd, December 17th @ 7:30 pm ET

Icebound: December 5th @ 7:30 pm ET (uh oh…)

Avantris Plays Write Warz: December 10th @ 7:30 pm ET (uh oh x2…)

Yuletide One-Shot: December 20th @ 1 pm ET (uh oh x3…)

Patreon Events:

Avantris Plays (back on Mondays!): December 1st, December 8th, December 15th @ 7:30 pm ET

Scarab+ Movie Night: Sunday December 14th @ 7:30 pm ET – The Grinch (2000)

Nikkie's Nook - Book Chat: December 28th @ 7pm ET – Christmas Carol by Chuck Dickens and The Ballad of Singbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins

Scarab+ Virtual Studio Hangout: December 21st @ 7:30 pm ET (the last stream of the year!)

Looking Ahead to 2026

Sapphire Eagle Patreon Reward: Live Shout-Outs

Starting in January 2026, we'll be retiring the weekly live shout-outs for Sapphire Eagle patrons. We crossed 100 patrons at this tier this year (which is incredible), but the volume makes the shout-outs unsustainable during streams. Emerald Lion and Ruby Dinosaur tier patrons will still get a thank you at the start of each streamed D&D session.

This doesn't change the value of your support. We're so grateful for everyone in this tier and we'll continue providing all other Sapphire Eagle benefits as normal. Thank you for understanding as we keep things manageable heading into the new year.

Winter Cleaning!

Throughout December we'll be doing some tidying across our Patreon. Nothing dramatic, just making things easier to navigate. Over the years our posts, tags, and pages have gotten a little sprawling, so we want to start 2026 with everything clean and easy to find. That looks like better tagging, accessibility, and updates. We'll publish posts describing updates as they occur.

As we reorganize, we’d love your input. If there’s anything you’d like to see us fix, streamline, or surface better, tell us!

Thank you for another AMAZING month of support and we hope you all have a wonderful Holiday Season!Stay Whimsical!Nikkie

OpalEye 42

Oh no. Movie night AND Scarab+ hangout are both on a Sunday again 😭

Tegan

Thank you for the updates and hope you are taking care of yourself, Nikkie! Thank you for all that you do! 🫶🏻

SabataZX

Crossing my fingers to see Edge of Midnight return! Need some more Marius and Lethica in my life.

Arlo Lee

Will there be any other new/different Sapphire Eagle perks in lieu of the shout-outs?

Jaqwob_onthe_Cob

Ghosltight till November huh 😂 Who would've guess coming from the witch light crew that they go till December lol 😂

Idowhatiwant2010

Hello Avantris Fam! While doing your winter cleaning, I would love if could you put the questions for the campaigns in its own separate collection. While they can be fun to go back and read, I would prefer if the content under each campaign collection was just the sessions and their Avantris and Chills. I think having the A&C with their corresponding sessions makes them more streamline to watch vs having to jump to a different collection. Also, if there was a way to put all the links on the spreadsheet under the collections on Patreon, I would really appreciate it! Thanks for all you do!

SorenSilverblade

Chuck Dickens, eh? That’s a new level of familiarity. Any chance any other members of the gang might join us for the first book, as it’s such classic?

SorenSilverblade

There is still access to the Eagle Plus chat thread in Discord.

UnicornTownGoingDown

The last Write Warz stream was so fun, and I'm super excited for it to come back. :)

Arlo Lee

Alas I am just not super active on discord 😭 tysm for the info!

Mykayla Harris

Woo! That all sounds fun. Enjoy your break guys, we appreciate you!

Drift

Love me some organization 👀 Have a good winter break!

Quila

Awesome! I hope you all return from winter break rested and relaxed! And in good health!

Joules

Great to see you guys getting some much needed rest! You've been working so hard and deserve this holiday break. Looking forward to seeing you the next few weeks! And yes the organization is great to see! A recommendation I can think of, mainly for the sheer volume of them now and how it's an ongoing series at this point a collection/playlist for the gaming streams regardless of tier would be beneficial. And putting the live nonpatreon ones in a playlist on yt, or adding them to one, or some way to access them here if you aren't keeping them up (tho I think keeping them up on the channel would be a good idea for engagement and lead to more patrons to watch the Monday game streams). Same with the hangouts streams! Many of us love to just watch you guys talk and enjoy life and literally hang out. Also yes, making sure they're tagged would definitely help. You could even put them on the sheet. But yes because of their popularity and volume of both i think these would be good ideas.

OneGrimGhost

You didn’t get very far……🤣

Emily Johnson

I currently pay monthly. In order to take part in the discount will I have to cancel my subscription and sign up again for the yearly payment?

LadyMakayla

That's my confusion as well. I would think upgrading would count, considering the discount is being advertised IN the patreon.

UnlikelyNick

I'll second that, I don't use that separate channel much. 😅

simplypuffin

I as well. It was a bit tricky as new Patreon subscriber to figure out where all of the exclusive non-edited things were... mostly because I fell into the same old, same old mindset (as with other creators I follow), and didn't at first read the subscription introduction. That's mb 🤭

TheNerdyNihilist

I don't see the discount when I go in to subscribe? Probably operator error but. . . .

Mars Moon

Maybe there is a way to restore the movie Night streams? Many of them are blocked. :( i would love to watch them.

A-Gibb

Would love to see other collections added for things like game nights! Right now it’s just the campaigns which make total sense but would love the other content too. Love you guys and we appreciate you so much!

Kit Williams

Weird thing, my Patreon only says save 10% still with annual?

Idowhatiwant2010

Yes you do have to cancel, let it run out, and then sign up at the upgraded teir. It is a patreon issue that they are aware of. I submitted a ticket about but I dont think they are going to do anything.

Idowhatiwant2010

Are you a Scarab plus teir? They are showing for me.

Mars Moon

I was. It was not a problem that they werent showing on patron but that the YT Videos were blocked/taken down :( so i couldnt watch them even with paying extra for the tier.

Drift

So unfortunately if you're already a Patron, you don't qualify for the 20% discount. Apparently that's changed compared to what it used to be. You could theoretically unsubscribe and resubscribe to get 20% off, but it sounds like there might be a required grace period between unsubbing and resubbing.

Kit Williams

Oh that's fine, I was just confused

Cassandra Poulish

It's Yuletide time but I can't see any streamsss. Did they move the starting time to the usual start time or did something change?

Cassandra Poulish

I was sure it was meant to be today, but haven't seen it anywhere 🥲

So Many Bees

I'm glad I wasn't the only one confused.

Cassandra Poulish

Just saw their Discord announcement, they've postponed until next month due to illnesses, Jan 24th

Dkay

Damn it was really looking forward to seeing what holiday weirdness they would be getting into. Waiting till after new year just doesn't feel the same I will still watch it but not the same
