Your slavic blood curse may be a New Jersey curse because that sounds like my dad's own curse. People share intimate secrets with him for no reason. Hope you get to sleep in over your vacation a bunch. But I think you look fine and you all bring so much energy to every session so I don't understand people saying ya'll look tired. Do you have yacht tours now though?

I'm absolutely not ready for the Neon Odyssey era to end, I'm going to miss all the NO campaigns so much, especially Waltz, but I totally agree that the best things are never dragged on for too long. Plus, as much as I don't want to say goodbye to these past 3 months full of content, I'm so happy for you guys that you can all finally take a *very* well-deserved break and will be going back to a regular schedule <3

I am not your target audience either even though I am def in the audience for good. I have tried so many actual plays after I finished the Avantris campaigns and never got past half an episode. Not even for a big name in actual plays. Avantris stories are my vibe. Thank you all for being awesome.

You talked about your bad eyesight on stream before and i totally related to it- have you considered getting lasik? I got it and it was truly life changing! What got you into working out/exercise? I'm someone who has been unfortunately traumatized by it and its association with weight loss but i really want to get back into working out.

Terribly curious about Icebound ending this year. Does it mean the final arc will be 6ish episodes, or did Derek's early admiration of the biweekly Waltz schedule affect Icebound plans? If that's too specific a question...any early indicators of how the NO game session experience is going to affect streams in the future?

I laughed sooo hard at the line "your aura us a coral color" I turned into the Andy Banshee!!! Im from mexico living in DC not famous but I had those conversations with people in the airport or at the metro maybe we ran over an old gypsy woman in a pass life hahahahahah. Lets start curse support group!!! If you get approached by wizards of the coast to partner with Avantris to release Magic Cards based on your characters of any of the campaigns would you do it? And which characters would you choose?

These are so much fun to listen to. Enjoyed hearing you talk about the Slavic Blood Curse and would like to hear more stories when you want too. I would also love to have more Waltz and Neon games, but I do agree with the idea of stories needing to end. The desire of wanting more can thankfully be filled by running one's own games when Neon Odyssey is out. I am looking forward to all the finales and then just waiting for more Stardust Rhapsody. You all have been killing it and I hope your break can give you all some well deserved rest. With you mentioning your thoughts about running Warhammer Fantasy, if you could run a DnD game what theme of story would you want to tell?

You all seem to have grown so much just from the NO campaigns. Watching any of the avantris content brings a lot of joy. I know we tend to b our own biggest critics but I thought u were a fantastic GM for mud and mercy. Do you have any fun plans for the 3 week streaming break? Another question. When you talk about going to Cons on stream you warn ppl not to stick their fingers in ur mouth. Is there a story behind that or just a funny thing to say?

How do you feel about doing heavy topic campaigns like Waltz in the future? I know you've run WFRP which can be heavy if you want, but Derek has mentioned Cyberpunk Red many times but I (personally) worry it'll never come to light because of how heavy and real some of the topics can be in that system.

This probably isn't something you guys *want* to do, but personally I wouldn't be too hung up about it at all if you guys shifted Saltmarsh and Mud and Mercy into regular programming instead of patreon exclusive to take the spot of another campaign while that campaign is on a season break. Admittedly this is also just me wanting more people to experience those campaigns, but I think its a valid option.

I have people come up and start talking to me about the weirdest stuff as well.... Everything from a guy in the store telling me about his colonoscopy to a random lady talking nonstop about her love life to the guy ranting about how he is tired of being mistaken for Gretta Garbo (the actress from the 20s and 30s who has been dead for almost 40 years). I never know what to do in the situation, either. It's just a strange, strange things.

Silly question, where did the phrase '"Name" would love to "verb"' come from? I've heard it referenced back as far as BDW and have always been curious if it has an origin story.

Andy, if you like Slavic legends and Baba Yaga, you should definitely see this - "Legendy Polskie. Film Jaga. Allegro" (Polish legends. The film Jaga. Allegro') and the song "Jaskółka uwięziona - cover. Legendy Allegro" (The Imprisoned Swallow). without spoilers, but the original legend of Yaga in my culture was slightly different. Allegro is something like the Polish Amazon. At some point, they took on Polish legends such as Twardowski - the pact with the devil (who in Polish is called Boruta) and the attempt to avoid the pact, Dratewka - the shoemaker who wants to kill the dragon, and the basilisk. Unfortunately, they abandoned this project despite huge views and a good reception. The videos are available on YouTube. Including the songs, there are maybe 15 of them in total. Due to the reaction to everything Polish on YouTube, translations are available. Enjoy;)

Another great episode! Can't wait for the next one :)) I'm currently catching up on WFRP which is a lot of fun and during one of the breaks Derek mentioned a document where he kept Baltos backstory. It made me wonder if/how you keep track of your characters backstories, especially when they are as tightly linked as those of Rhett and Pyke, or if it's just basic ideas and concepts that you come up with beforehand mixed with a lot of 'yes-and' and improvisation at the table to stay flexible?
