InstaSane

Since I'm not a super successful streamer with an amazing community how would you recommend incorporating twist of fates and twists of dread into a home game. How could they earn them and how should I let myself as the dm earn them

GG

I've always been curious if Torbek was always planned to be brought into the campaign officially or was that something decided later. If the latter why was the decision made, and why was he changed so much from when he first showed up in ep 6?

Kelly Halladay

I've been seeing shorts for the current(?) Root campaign. I really want to watch it but I can't seem to find it. Is it under a specific tier?

Brrrnaner

I almost don't want to ask... but can we take a moment to compare and contrast Torbek and Jericho? Just for fun?

Keelay42

I am so ready for Crooked Moon and more folk horror from you guys! I know you've talked about characters and creatures from folk tales being the big focus. Will we also be seeing any local legend creatures and stories like Cryptids or Murder Houses in Crooked Moon?

Blue Athena

Have you guys tried the old bay goldfish? I've been wondering this for awhile 🤣.

BeckyFalcon

Totally random and not current-campaign related but Andy, regarding Shepherd, have you ever heard of/been to Frontier Town? Your mannerisms and physical acting remind me of the people in character who work there and it brings back memories from when I was a kid

DeadGators

Have any parts of the process of making a Kickstarter so far been surprising in how easy, hard, quick, or time-consuming they are?

Persephoneinred_

How long did it take you to refine and define the Avantris character creation process? Is there anything about it you would change or tweak? What about it makes it the optimal way of character creation to you?

SerpentineSage

Two-parter here! How did you guys all originally get into D&D, and do you have any fond memories of any old or special characters that you keep close to your hearts? 🫶🏻💚

Emerald Spires

If one of your characters were to read/follow a comic book series from Marvel, who would be reading what? Alternatively, which super-hero or villain would they relate to the most?

Milo-Is-Tired

Sorry if this has been asked before, but would you guys consider playing a Monster of the week campaign/one-shot? There's a module, too many vampires and I just think you guys would kill (or slay) it!

Kyle Cashner

How do you guys choose what pacing to go with for leveling up in a game? Some people go months or years between levels, and i am always wanting to fast-track my players to high levels, because si love the high level stories and powerful pcs.

InstaSane

How did you go about picking the gods/dark gifts for EOM. Was it just the gifts from the van Richton book or was a it a combination of stuff did you make your own etc. I'm doing this now for my players that I'm running eom for and having a hard time deciding

Mudkip_1eiks_u_3

Are The Witchlight Felons all actually felons/warcriminals?

Witch Of Space

Derek! I have a question for you regarding Morning Frost. Since cats can’t aren’t able to taste anything sweet. Do you apply this to Frost since he is a tabaxi? Or can he taste sweet things like candy? I’m very curious after having found out this fact.

ALoversRose

To the entire party: Who would be someone each of you would want to play a D&D campaign (or one-shot) with? They could be anyone (living or dead). (The correct answer is apparently Sam Raimi XD)

AutistArtism

Regarding Gricko and his spells (mostly the wild shifting and bananyas), does he have to play the ocarina to do them? Or is he capable of it without playing and he just prefers to play?

FnxSage

What has been the most challenging/enjoyable part of building Crooked Moon? If you guys know, how long will the kickstarter run for? Lastly what's everyone's favorite moment from GenCon? Love y'all!

Persephoneinred_

What part of the Crooked Moon are you the most proud of?

Karli Tumbleson

Are you guys pagan? If so, does some of your experiences/beliefs are put into The Crooked Moon?

Milo-Is-Tired

Another question re cons: Have you guys considered going to any cons in Europe? Like Spiel?

Keelay42

Spooky season is here! (as far as I'm concerned at least) Can we get a LOA Halloween watch list? 31 movies for the month of October.

Kevin Cohen

Since Icebound and Witchlight are the current two ongoing campaigns, do you believe if each group swapped situations they would be just as or more successful? Like Frost in Ogretown and Queenie meeting Agden Longbottom

ThePeeg

I know you guys have written some wondrous items. What's the key to making a wondrous item or special weapon for players that won't get boring?

Kevin Cohen

What genre would you describe this current Icebound situation? I am fairly new to the horror genre, but I can’t put my finger on any specific one.

Lady Alexandranna

Please let Nikkie know that she has spicy pickles in the packages. Hope y’all feel better.

Noko

This session has been crazy, what was your favorite unexpected twist you've experienced so far?

Macie Harris

Hey guys nineballpikachu here. My question is how many of you are now full time for loa? And if its not to personal what do you/did you do before? You dont have to answer the last part im sorry if thats prying to much

ThePeeg

Mace, Red Hood or Nightwing?

MKKreates

Just because of all the crazy going on, what would the Icebound party do to wind down? Comfort foods, favorite time killer, etc.

Kevin Cohen

Derek, did you build this campaign chronologically, or was it coming up with certain elements and creating bridges in between?

ThePeeg

How much for Nikkie to Dm in a singsong style?

CloeyZoey

That bird taking Gideon’s fire totally isn’t gonna come back in a horrible way at all! We’re all on the same page that that bird definitely wasn’t a bird right? What do y’all think it it was?

CloeyZoey

Ope it came back in a horrible way there it is!

Lady Alexandranna

Did y’all fix the jumping and the helping like Andy wanted in EOM?

CloeyZoey

Hey guys what cons are you going too? I bet people would like to know! 😝

SerpentineSage

Carlfish stew made me hungry, so what's everyone's comfort food?

ThePeeg

Whats the key to writing a wondrous item or custom weapon that wont get boring?

CatMeisterCoal

do you think kremy is included in the marriage fey pact with the pixies or is it a separate one through the satyr

Karli Tumbleson

Regarding the Crooked Moon, did you guys get inspiration from paganism too? Also are you pagan?

ALoversRose

Heyo guys and Nikkie, <3 If you had to cosplay someone else's character who would it be and why? And will Kelsey be joining any of the current campaigns?

Noko

I hope to see you guys at gencon next year, I’d love to see you at mega con Orlando but as far as I’ve seen I can’t make suggestions to them

Noko

Someone else had said something about crookedmoon patches, I enjoy the idea but what are your guy’s thoughts on it?

Amazon_Jayde

I just watched a A&C from Prime where you mentioned the touchstones that you used to get into character and to remember how to do their voices/accents. Have those touchstones changed over the years or have you come up with more with the more characters you've created?

Medd-Lee

Do you guys have a favorite set of dice around? Do you have any ideas for crooked moon dice themes I could maybe try my hand at making? ;)

Kevin Cohen

What would you say is your ideal merchandise item? If you want exclude and prices for creation and shipping

Sakim

Can you guys post your dice collections? And any dice paraphernalia? It would be interesting to see what you guys have used throughout the years!

ThePeeg

Andy, Nikkie said the other was whistling in Torbek's mind. What do you imagine he whistles? A tune or just some random melody?

CloeyZoey

Guys I’m stupid can someone please explain why Andy was dying at the Nib thing? I got so lost!

Medd-Lee

What's your favorite witchlight running bit right now?

Noko

If I could bottle your creativity I would, you all are amazing and I hope you have a good night and sleep well

ALoversRose

Andy if you were to run a campaign what type/style would you run?

CloeyZoey

Last question from me but I’m curious! How long have y’all been working on Crooked Moon? Y’all announced Earthshine months ago and I imagine you worked on it a ton before you ever announced it.
