When it comes to Avantris world lore, is a lot of it already developed and set in stone and you pull from as needed, or do you add and define more world lore as these campaigns develop? I'm always enthralled when new lore drops and it always seems you have an answer for every question that comes up about it. Apologies if this may be a repeat question from a previous Q&A

(Kai)Yo what's up? Ive noticed Kaiyo is slowly becoming every member of the whole peace crew. Cooks like sanji, friendly like luffy, multiple limbs thing goin on, how many more do you think you can fit in? A couple failed survival checks to navigate and youve got zoro covered. Also what are the chances of sleepwear based off the old new npc? Does she even wear paJamities to sleep?

Do y'all ever use the "inspiration" feature in your games? I imagine Twists of Fate make Inspiration redundant, but what about in Saltmarsh?

How do you think the party dynamic here would change if Torbek was in this campaign? I feel like this party would be a lot nicer to him than his current one! I know that'd be double Andy but he's a DM now, he can handle it.

Have you guys heard any of the sagas from Jorge Rovera-Herrans that is based on the Odyssey? The Crice Saga was recently released, and it has been the only thing on my mind that is taking it over slightly more than learning last Thursday in yalls session that Merlin has descendants and thinking of that Merlin fucks, but only the picture of Disney Merlin pops up when it haunts me.

One question I have to pick Mikey's brain: Grunk is clearly a particular ogre with a single horn... is he possibly tied to the aftermath of the Beast Plague or is he just a quirky subtype of ogre

Since we now have two sea/water based PCs who like to cook what do you think Barnabos and Kaiyo would make together if they had to? Would they even get along in the kitchen? I love the idea that their choices with food or cooking are incredibly different from each other. Also s/o to dino for pointing it out.
