New name page (Patreon)

Good night everyone, I have been working alone for some time, but I realized that by the name and soon I still have the impression of being a pair. So for my Patreon to be clearer and more personalized, I'm changing the name of the page to my name. There will be no changes to the content, just the name, and the avatar image that will eventually be replaced!
