Faction Screen Update (Patreon)

All items are now selectable and functional. Next is to code in the exit/save stuff. After that I'll add a C button default, C button for music/tron preview, C button for "None" on members.

After that, I can get start on activating the Tag entrances based on this data. Thankfully tag entrance locations are already coded by Lighting, I just need to activate them and set the name plate lower thirds.
