Here are the 17 I think would be best. I always liked the idea of "Head" being a playable character in the Attitude game. I might include an unlockable body type "Invisible" and a "Head" head accessory.

This list is fantastic, kudos. Glad you went with a little flex on the 2000 requirement and could then focus on in ring talent instead of including a ton of backstage/broadcast people. We get the 3 outstanding WM2000 characters (so all moves/taunts in the game), and a bunch of other 1999s who its great to see make it in some capacity to an AKI WWF game. The 4 wildcards (Yoko, Funk, Butterbean and Hakushi) also aren't unrealistic and are easily creatable with default CAW parts. Didn't see it if it was touched on, but are you planning to add theme music for any of the new portraits who require it (either the 8 you plan to add as new characters or these extra 17). Same question for faces and/or CAW parts.

These are great! Btw, someone on Reddit located a No Mercy beta with the Big Show portrait that was going to be used in the game. Might be cool to add/replace with on V3.
