Patch to "WWF No Mercy (U)"

Version 4 Includes:

- Load Animation section added to ring view area and includes move lists and live previews.

- Manual added to main area when navigating right.

- Green progress bar is now a smooth transition rather than the 5 frames of progress it used previously.

- Overhaul on how the camera system works. It now works like one would expect.

  Slight change to the button combos:

  R+C-Left/C-Right: X Axis

  R+C-Up/C-Down: Y Axis

  R+A/B: Z Axis

  R+D-Up/D-Down: Tilt

- Mute/restart Music by holding L+C-Down 

- Can no longer "favorite" selections that don't need it.

- "Adjust X, Y, X->" changed to "Set".

- Adjusted the size list items.

- Fixed an issue with inaccurate calculations when using "Adjust Shift->"

- Fixed auto transition issue when multiple models were present.

- Fixed incorrect menu hihglight box placement when backing out of body parts.
