Biffa, oxygen will naturally diffuse easily if you use airflow tiles periodically and dig out more surrounding ground. Also, to empty a pipe use the tools at the bottom right of the screen. Rather than deconstruct, use the disconnect tool to separate the pipe segments with the bad liquid from the rest. Then use the plumbing tool to have them empty those segments. The liquid will go in bottles like mopping and then you can reconnect the pipe segments.

Also be careful of farming more of one resource than you need. You may run out of whatever it is you use to fertilize it with!

Also also! The swept things with a red icon no storage available can often mean its a new resource you didn't have when you originally built the storage so no storage unit has that item type toggles as an acceptable item to receive. So just update the settings on a storage unit for them to be swept.

Another note, if you set up different schedules for different groups of dupes, you can have only a handful requiring the bathroom at the same time and prevent some accidents. (Also allows you to always have someone working without a true night cycle waiting period)
