I like Tess way better with this look. She looks like she still has the smarts, and the make up isn't overdone too much.

I've tried to balance her skin looking more white but still retaining a lot "skinny" color. Luckily just the hair and make up are enough to define most of the character.

Yeah, I can tell you definitely want your characters to be spun differently than their source material: that signature "briaeros" look.
