The results of the Fearsome Four are here! Thank you all for your votes and comments.

We've got nothing but heartbreak today as we come down to the Championship Round! All four topics are literally our children.

After much meta-arguing back and forth within the Red Web Instagram stories, it has been decided that... Squonk... will not be making it to the championship round. Do we love the creature any less? NO! But its time has come.

It's all down to our final two: Dyatlov Pass vs. Lake City Quiet Pills

See now this is a good match. I have a fondness for the first episode, but Dyatlov Pass had a lot of airtime and a follow-up. Definitely a classic topic.

I'm sitting here with The Jersey Devil, right now (and he says that he's visited Jillian already). Nothing can stop him now. These two other mysteries have no hope and no chance.

Awwwww. But I don't own a Dyatlov Pass shirt. I guess I don't own a Lake City Quiet Pills shirt either so I can't use that as the determining factor on the next poll. Lol RIP Cicada 3301. I'll be pushing for the Quiet Pills now.

I just think Dyatlov is pretty much solved! It's not a "mystery" anymore. I'm honestly surprised it got this far, just like I was super surprised the Flannery Lighthouse one got as far as it did. Lake City Quiet Pills was so long ago and (please don't be mad) I don't usually like the internet ones as much? I'll have to listen to it again before Saturday!

I think Dyatlov holds a soft spot for a lot of people because it was a well known mystery and could have been what got people interested in this type of thing prior to Red Web. I know that for me it was one of the reasons I was excited for Red Web when it was announced as I could only anticipate what kind of mysteries they would cover and hoped for stuff like Dyatlov (historical, physical world). It's why I've voted for Dyatlov. Without it I may not have been as interested in Red Web, and I would have missed out on all of the other great mysteries.
