Welcome back to Case Files! In this episode, Trevor puts Alfredo's gut check to the test to finally see if this man truly has psychic abilities.

Thank you for all the support! This is the first of two episodes of Case Files thanks to crossing those stretch goals off during the 5 Year Anniversary stream. We'll see you soon for more stretch goals including the Scary Stories pilot and lots of Halloween goodness.

The Void

I REALLY hate that the mirror just looked like....well a hole in a wall in a bathroom at first lol

Alfredo wants to seal the set like Göbeklitepe

Love case files! Keep up the great work.

The Glimpse

So, prediction: Next Ghost Hunt Fredo, with the power of all the Squonks he's hunted down and Shadow Daddy Fredo controlling him, runs into the "most haunted place in the building" and screams, "I'm your Shadow Daddy, show yourself!"

tacobell pizza IS a crime

I've always hated mirrors. It just feels like there is something on the other side that wants through.

I do like how at the end Fredo was snuggling the Squonk!

Fredo having trouble balancing totally makes sense from just a visual reference angle. Once the mirror starts fading, his only point of reference for up and down is his own face, so any time he shifts, he has to rely entirely on his sense of gravity. (Also him cuddling the squonk at the end is adorable. If that's what happens when he catches one, that's not so bad 👀)

Tori Williams

Holding the squonk for emotional support at the end 😭

Very fun!! I would love to see Alfredo just guess based on the card in Trevor's hand - I wonder if he's getting mixed up looking at his own cards. And I would love to see Trevor do these challenges too - both as a control (we *think* he's normal) and as a fun way to see if he has some psychic abilities of his own... Side comment: I had that exact same mirror in my Princess bedroom when i was about ten and it was a super surreal experience seeing it used for this lol

I knew Fredo was a cryptid….
