Of course the victims of this are the boys and I would never want to detract from that, but oh god, that poor engineer who hit them. I would spend the rest of my life wondering if it would have been different if I had been able to stop sooner.

This is definitely one of the wildest stories you've covered.

Another podcast I listen to went over this case & they found an interview with the parents of the boys & the parents talked about a meeting they had with Mallick. Supposedly, Mallick told the parents that the boys had "100 THC in their system". When asked how he came to that conclusion, Mallick pulled out a white board, wrote down 5 & 100 on the board, then told the parents 5 was what was "normal" & the boys were at 100. When asked to clarify he just kept repeating himself while continuously circling the 100. This case screamed cover up from the start, but that saying of don't attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence also keeps running through my head. Incompetence would call for a hell of a lot of coincidences though.

Yeah, I've known 2 different people that have been in accidents where someone lost their life & neither of those people were the same after. It really messes a person up.

has a Canadian that has used the devil lettuce. I would never be able to do 10 joints without passing out. Most I done is 5, and that was over 6 hour period. That amount of Mary Jane in ones system just seems outlandish.

This case was wild from start to finish. Hats off to the researchers for gathering and combing through the information.

As someone who lives in Arkansas, it's nice to see people finally learning about all of this stuff.
