This week we go over a family in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who experienced several unusual events in their cottage. Witnesses claimed to experience hearing loud banging noises, seeing objects moving, disappearing and reappearing, and more. When the youngest sister began showing peculiar signs of paranormal activity, it shifted the focus from the homestead to her, bringing more intrigue to this mystery.

See you Monday!

I have family living in Amherst, Nova Scotia. Maybe they might know about this mystery

In poltergeist cases the investigation needs to spend time on the explanation that this is somehow it is telekinesis going berserk in an adolescent girl. The idea is that the girl has issues processing the changes in their life and that energy needs an outlet. I do realize it is the plotline in Mathilda and Carrie, but there is some truth in it. Personal I do not believe in the paranormal, but in every poltergeist case there is an adolescent girl. In this case 17 years is not adolescent, but the girl had troubles. I do like the explanation in the end that the poltergeist gave attention to a girl that probably needed it. That does answer the paranormal issue while the pattern still stands.
