Today, we’re heading to the campfire for a new series: Red Web Scary Stories. Trevor and Alfredo dive into three of the most chilling stories the internet has ever produced, including a legendary urban encounter, a TV show that never actually aired, and a paranormal nightmare.

AAAAHHHHH I’m so happy you guys did another one of these! I loved the pilot, can’t wait to listen to this one EDIT: now that I’ve listened, I wanted to let you guys know that the creator of the second story has done a lot of other stuff, including the analog horror series Local58! I knew that they had the same creator, but it had been so long since I’ve listened to Candle Cove that I forgot that it was supposed to have aired on channel 58. You guys should definitely check out Local58, even if it’s not for content. Right up your alley!

I've never heard the last one, but there might actually be a solution for it. I don't know the background of the person who wrote it but I believe in some Asian cultures parents would marry off their dead single children so they wouldn't be alone in the afterlife, nor would they stick around and haunt the living. I do believe the marriages would sometimes be with a living partner, but that was seen as tremendous bad luck since if you married someone dead you would likely join them very soon. I do believe it's taboo in the present day and maybe illegal but some families might still practice. I think there is a way to dissolve such marriages before something bad truly happens but the story is such a cool escalation. At least to me. Great stories guys! Can't wait to see what you do next, keep up the good work 👍👍👍

Omg wow, this was incredible. Every story had that eerie, spine‑tingly magic I adore. I can’t wait to see where you take us next.

So excited to hear some new form content!

speaking of games, myhouse.wad might be a really cool thing to check out if you like the cryptid style media stuff.

I adored this! The background music and sound made it so immersive! My husband actually came into the room during the second one and I needed to take my headphones off ... The snap back into the world around me was legitimately a bit jarring. I can't wait to see what you guys do with this format in the future. You know great things are on the way when the beginning of something is this good.

can't wait until there is a bank of these long enough to create a multi-hour compilation. you guys talking is the best background sound for days that are too quiet ♡

I remember reading about Candle Cove back in the day.
