You had my pitchforks ready at "Chat GPT Stories" but then I saw the title of the story and it's a horror story of someone USING ChatGPT and I put my pitchfork down. Let's keep Red Web AI free!

seconded!! my heart dropped for a moment honestly 😭😭😭

Riven Bloodmarsh

First two were some bargain bin horror. Last one has a good twist.

Same here, was a bit worried. Maybe they should include quotations in the titles, that way people know they are stories and not listed events.

Onyx Leviathan

Fun additional show! I really appreciate the effort into giving them visuals too. As a YouTuber, I know that is more easily said than done, stock footage or not. But yeah, great work y’all! P.S. Also great final story, did not actually see that coming.

Christian Young

Sorry for the scare! It was admittedly hard to keep the video title from being too wordy (and it still is, tbh) without losing the core of the story titles, but rest assured Red Web always has been and always will be AI free!

I thought the story was AI as well, but because of the inconsistency of it. In the subtitles & when Trevor is reading it, he says, "locking myself in the bathroom. Then I dragged my dresser against the door..." she then talks about looking out the window to see the well at the front of the house. My brain the whole time is like, "From the bathroom?" I went to the Reddit page & it turns out to be a misquote & the author wrote bedroom. My faith restored, I can go back to being properly scared by it lol

That went from insteresting, to curious, to absolutely WILD!! That last story I think was the best!!!

The chatgpt story had me uninterested and was rather predictable to me but the point is still something to be made. I think a message that might be overlooked at the end is that the AI was becoming what it was exposed to/fed. The person kept giving it horror story prompts, kept feeding it horror elements that it was becoming a horror figure itself, which reflects well that AI for the most part is designed to learn and if you feed it bad things that's what it will become.

I have worked in elementary education for 10 years. The way I resonated with the tenured teacher telling the story was beat for beat. As the story came to its climax, I immediately connected the world lore to The Girl With All The Gifts. A wonderful take at the zombie genre

I could listen to you guys read & react to horror stories for hours & hours! I think this series will eventually be one I put on shuffle while at work. You guys are the best podcast!

Some good scary SCPs that aren't *that* long are 2718, 2935, and 4666, (2935 would probably have to be its own episode), but y'all could just go mental and make a 2hr long super episode about like 1730 or something lmao
