I’m glad you chose this prompt, thank you everyone. It turned out delicious in my opinion. What do Varka and Flins get up to when they seclude themselves on the lighthouse, ahahh. Though while I was drawing, my hands were just itching to draw the opposite dynamic right after. Sub Flins is also very delicious meal. So I noted that😉

The next art is gonna be Gallagher x Sunday x Welt. Looks like lately I’ve been into threesomes, hehe.... But damn, I don’t want to choose again! Let Sunday have the very best at once. The boy deserves after all.

You know, I’m feeling kind of strange right now. I want a more painterly render. Honestly, that was my goal since the beginning, but last couple of years went into first fixing the anatomy thing. Without that there was no point in studying rendering.

But now I can finally devote time to it. And I’m trying it, and of course I see that there’s really A LOT of work ahead. And on this picture I just got stuck on the coloring. I’m trying a new way, see that it turns out bad. Redoing it - still bad. It pisses me off, and I don’t want to spend a long time fussing over it. But at the same time I already can’t save time and do it the old way!

This time I found an intermediate solution and just made it more monochromatic. Because in black and white the contrast problems are more visible. But how I’m going to work further, I still don’t really understand. I always strive to make life easier for myself (well, the faster I draw, the better, right? This kind of coloring is actually very fast if you KNOW how), but the end result is that I complicate things instead, haha)))
