Radiant Gale Observatory (Patreon)

The observatory atop the Weathered Bluffs has stood for decades to study the magical and meteorological phenomena that is the Radiant Gale — a recurring arcane lightning storm that manifests evocative energies and molds the land around it. Recently, the observatory and the sages within it have gone silent, for disaster has struck: Ryva, an ambitious young blue dragon, has claimed the observatory as her lair, drawn to its proximity to the power of the Radiant Gale.
