I def think that pd has a similar setting but the vibes a very different. Less party city ghost and more romance imo. I think PD scratches that itch in my brain that Renegades left because it feels like it explores the concepts of superhero’s a lot more. Renegades def focuses on redemption more while PD (esp season 2) explores the gray between superheroes and villains.

Renegades. Such a comfort read. I love it to bits. Also Paeon reminds me of Cyanide in the best way. That way being the attitude Cyanide had at the end of the series. And being a generally nice person while being terrifying. (Nice. "Nice" still a war criminal.) Meanwhile Paeon genuinely doesn't have a bad bone in his body. Also. Your breakdown here on comparing the overall themes of PD and renegades and how they compare. The fact that Bizly only read it after is almost hilarious.
