i know im late to the jrwi train but i cannot even begin to say how glad i am that i got here eventually. after listening to episode 53 i broke and decided i needed to hear rolled with it because holy. shit. i lost my mind when jay revealed her secret, i had to pause the episode and go scream about it to my mom. and the fact it was all improv. i cant even. i love this podcast so much i need it in my veins.

Ok so, what if dray (drey?) From having to survive in that prision for so long and having to do horrible things (probably ate some dude) to survive he should value the lives of strangers less. I get it for him protecting everyone in that situation. But he should be a cold person. Also claustraphobia. Or maybe the phobia of wide open spaces. Idk flip a coin and see which one he gets.

Episode 52 is what got me to become a patron, and I’ve spent the last week binging Prime Defenders and anxiously awaiting episode 53. Oh boy did y’all deliver- I’m pretty sure I was crying just as hard as Condi at one point, the emotions were so real and I was right in the moment with you guys. Fantastic storytelling as always, you all really nailed it this episode <3

If Grizz does go with the idea that the Navy binds elementals to people to gain their power, it has some interesting implications for Caspien's motives for being a pirate, considering genasi are elemental I think.
