They have said that the What Ifs are dreams that the characters have, so they're canon but don't happen in reality. They have also said that the characters are accurate, meaning that you can glean information from them (Dakota feeling like the third wheel, Chip actually hating being called a bastard constantly, etc). Finally, the stories generally play out how they would if it was actually happening, so aside from some bits that are obviously dream-like (Dakota and Vyncent aging a few decades and immediately getting married), what you see can be used when talking about the correct canon universe.

I think either the cub was released by the party or Celestine returned them after she got control of her realm back. Or something unfortunate happened to them.

They confirmed that he dropped everything he was carrying (items, gear, briefcase, Pretzel's orb, etc.) as well as any clothing that provided benefits (armor (AC), necklace (protection from being Charmed), etc.). He kept his normal clothes because they are purely cosmetic in terms of gameplay. So he wasn't naked, he was just extremely vulnerable.

On why Niklaus wants Gillion, one thing that stands out to me from the 5000 years in stone what if is that the sea was completely turned black, and that makes me think that maybe the way the prophecy works is inherently tied to the egg. Also, the crescent moon representing corruption seems like it might relate, because the moon is associated with the ocean, and a crescent moon is a moon covered partially by darkness. I'm not sure what the theory is but I feel like there's some connection here, especially with Niklaus saying to Chip not to touch the egg, "not you, anyway." Also with Gillion's rebirth, I think Gillion WAS the chosen one, and then the Elders somehow did something to replace him, and this process made him the chosen one again, hence "take BACK your destiny" Anyway I fucking love that it feels like we're moving into doing the overarching plot stuff and dealing with the mysteries, having clear directions to move towards is great, and I'd like to see more of the characters trying to work out what's going on in the episodes because it's so fun.

OH MY GOD okokok uh so what if Niklaus is using Apple to spy on the pirates??? Like there were a buncha spells affecting Apple and Celestine said that it was like a complicated spell, so no random spellcaster could've made it. And we know that Niklaus has been around for a while so he totally could've done some stuff to whoever Apple used to be then when he met the crew for the first time he was like "Hey that'd be really useful to spy on these nerds!" and just used Apple. Plus ye olde Nik is a strong magic user, he probably knows how to track someone who he's casted magic on before! AND Apple has always been with the pirates on their adventures so it would explain why he knows what things the pirates get up too and when they need his help! Im just speculating but i mean it would b pretty cool if thats what was happening :o

One of the greatest things making me think it's not Filipe is the 17 damage. On a natural 20, with a couple of levels in Rogue, I feel like it should be more, especially if he used poisoned daggers. It also seems like he completely forgot about the card, so I don't think he'd have done it voluntarily. He, of course, could have made a deal with Niklaus while still under the affect of the card in the feywild, or he was reminded of it after Jay and Gillion's recounts. But, even if he had a reason, I feel like a natural 20 should have been more, unless I'm overestimating his ability. There's also the possibility that he was forced and thus held back, but idk.

I believe Celestine said that it was an old, powerful, complex spell that went awry and affected the spellcaster, implying that the one who transformed Apple from her previous state now IS Apple. That doesn't necessarily exclude Niklaus from possible involvement, however, but I don't think Apple is simply a spy drone.

Also Felipe wished for something from the archefey, we don't know what it was since he whispered it but Felipe could have known he was under the cards effects and wished to have then reversed. But we really don't know for sure. I feel like the cards effects are too powerful to just forget but I don't know how the feywilds stuff works.

It was someone named Nicholas but Edyn said that Gillion’s descriptions didn’t fit at all and he didn’t offer a deal or anything, so it might not be Niklaus or it might be a long game thing.

I think that in the fey wild when they were all getting their wishes granted Filipe used his wish to not hate Gillian anymore so I truly don’t think that it was him who did it. Also I can’t take this little frog man seriously as a major threat. I refuse to believe that it was him.

Sorry this is like three months late lol, but to answer your question I think Griz mentioned in an earlier episode (as a side-comment, so taken with a grain of salt) that Chip will probably be sad when he meets Ollie’s father. I don’t think Ollie’s dad has ever been mentioned in canon so that could of been retconned tho. Also I think in a previous Rolled they were theorizing about Rose being Ollie’s dad but talked about the timeline not matching up, but it could be true!

Honestly, if they do go to a museum it's going to very much be a sort of night at the museum-esque scenario. All that I can think of is Gillion having a shouting match with an Easter Island inspired statue about the concept of gum and why statue needs it. Chip being the one chased by tiny figurines, and Jay just having fun watching an exhibit of a prehistoric baby herbivore of sorts.
